Hopefully this helps. If anything, the lighting in Black Ops seems superior. It also seems a bit smoother but maybe it's just me. This is taken from an actual third-person perspective, aside from looking directly at the game through random game-play or a trailer:
I have a friend that has played it before and he says it's way better than mw2's graphics, and theirs even blood in the multiplayer other than money flying out.
