i also preordered from amazon and im hopin i get it delivered about 1 pm

This is why I like just pre-ordering at shops. I can guarantee I get it on release day just by going to pick it up myself. No worries about shipping delays or anything.

They ship it at the VERY last minute to make sure you get it release day, and not before.

The last thing I pre-ordered from them (with release day), I got it at about 7pm EST.
I'm sure it could very well come sooner for you, but that was the case for me.

Thanks for reassuring, I was worried about the same.

You should be fine, they don't ship until the night before.

However, last year when I pre ordered MW2 it didn't get shipped to me as they didn't have enough copies or something, and then the next day was some kind of holiday then the weekend I believ, so I ended up getting it like 3 or 4 days late. The one time Amazon messed up for me it was with the game I had the most anticipation for.

This year I am just going to pick it up at midnight and avoid any problems.

I also have a question. I pre orderd from best buy online. I bought the hardend edition overnight shipping so will it come on the 10th or 9th?  :shock:
