I Used to play on  2 as well but an easy way at getting good at higher sensitivity  Play one game On like 2 The every game Or so Move up on No. it worked for me i now play on 7 - 9 all the time   Good luck

Cod4: 1.25 ... I started off terrible then got better.
MW2: 1.79 ... I started off ok (took me a bit to get used to the new killstreaks and adapt to the new cheap weapons everyone exploited) and now I consistently get at least a 3:1 k/d ratio per game and I'm always in the top two positions. It really depends on what I have my killstreaks set to. Right now I'm going for 10 nukes so I have it at 7- Attack Helicopter, 11 - Chopper Gunner, and 25 - Nuke, but if I want to go for maximum kills (like, I'll do 7-10:1) I set it to 4 - Care Package, 5 - Predator Missile, and 8 - Emergency Airdrop.

Sensitivity: Standard (3 or 4 I think?). It really has nothing to do with how good you are, it's all about your own reflexes. I have really fast natural reflexes and I always check my corners and move in a way that I'm still behind cover so it doesn't matter if you have your sensitivity at 10 and you try to drop shot me, I'm still gonna kill you (I do it ALL the time).
