Here's a scenario: You deal 100 damage to someone, and they enter last stand. Then their teammate flanks you and kills you before you finish the guy off. Flanker revives last stand guy and you get no kills and no points.

Does it seem balanced now?

100% damage is the standard. No-one should be able to survive their death.

EVERYONE gets last stand for 100% damage to legs. or NO-ONE gets to survive 100% damage to the legs.  

There is no middle of the road here.
