Nope dogs are back im pretty sure (I saw it in one of the twitter feeds from someone at the reveal event) And it would be cool if the ghost perk would allow you to not be seen by dogs until you like shot one or something but who knows.

Hmmm , try and get an eleven killstreak in search. :P

Ghost only protects you from the Spy Plane and the Blackbird, so you won't be safe from dogs. As for them being is S&D it's an 11 killstreak, so it will be pretty difficult to get them.
