How about the crossbow gets a spear gun attachment, and if you have the perk for two attachments, you can have exploding spear gun crossbows. -_-

Harpoon arrow for crossbow : Lances the enemy and you can pull them towards you whilst they are writhing in pain, but nobody else can kill them.
