2012 not the end of everything

2012 is not the end of the world. it is the end of the aztec calender. because the earth has a 27,000 year wobble and on december 21st 2012 the sun will be in the exact center of the galaxy from our sights so don't start shouting the end of the world then because it won't happen

    Riddle me this. Why are the Aztec's predicting the end of the world when they couldnt even predict the downfall of their empire and disapprence of all their people?

    hmmmm as far as im concerned there have been many predictions on when the world will end....and none of them have come true...but u never know N.KOREA could blow the world 2 hell that could be considered the end of humanity.

    It was so funny the other day my friend and I were talking about this. He was all like "Oooh No the world is gonna end in 2012 and all of the spirits and stuff are going to arise and everything.....  Then this guy was listening and said" the world is not going to end..." Then he said"If I and You are still alive in 2012 I am going to kick your Arse" Then I was like " I can't wait 'till I see this...."

    Considering the chance of god existing is near-zero, I can tell you when the world will end:

    *Nuclear War
    *Conventional War
    *Interplanatary War
    *Insert other wars
    *Cosmic event (sun going out, celestial object hitting earth, etc.)

    There you go. If any of those happen in 2012, I'm gonna be pissed (more likely, dead). But I don't think it will. And there's really no use predicting it either.

    If you wanted a ******* date for the end of the world, you're barking up the wrong tree.

    Also: If any of you actually believe those Mayan *****, I have no hope for humanity.

    Now that I think about it, might be a good idea to get guns and bullets. If people really believe the world will end god knows what they will do.

    Shotgun, Pistol, Landmines, dogs, almost ready.

    Mexiacans are a Cross Between Mayan/Aztec and Spaniard, not full Mayan/Aztec so their race is technically dead and this is probably a hoax for some old man to get some publicity for his culture

    I would like to chime in here. Does anyone else think that the Pontiac Aztek (Asscrack) was the most butt ugly car ever made? If they kept making those rolling eyesores I would've considered that a sign of the apocalypse.

    I thought the Mayans were the ones with the calendar...

    And the world IS going to end on december 21st, 2012. The EXACT same way it ended on January 1st, 2000. oh, wait...
