1. All adults
2. Semi-selective membership. Meaning we only want players who are good at the game or show potential to be good with some practice.
3. No drama. Anyone causing drama will be kicked.
4. We all use skype to communicate. Which leads to more success in the game and more fun bsing with the other members.
5. All members are active and play nearly everyday.
