i could not get my hands on a HE so i pre-ordered elite on the ps store, now as far as i understood, in the ps store it says to get founder status you have to pre order before oct, 30, or 31 st cant remember. but the day was deff before the games release date. now as to the expiration date of the code on the 13 of nov i dont know. if anyone wants to check the validity of this, go to ps store and feel free to correct me if im wrong.

No problem. yeah, especially the ps3 players since alot of the HE for the ps3 are selling out quick. its good i was able to get one before it sold out

November 13 2011 ONLY applies if you buy Elite seperately and if you want to become a founder. you have to register before said date.

HARDENED EDITION GUARANTEES you founder status regardless of when you sign up for elite. (You can sign up for elite 5 months later and still be a founder) BECAUSE you paid for the limited edition
