A mic is a requirement of full membership. It doesn't need to be fancy, you can pick one up for about £10/$15 and any bluetooth headset will do.

It will not only get you vouched for (which is part of the process of becoming a full member) but will help with team tactics, map callouts and increase your overall enjoyment of the game

The K/D or other stats are not that important to us

I'd love to apply, but I don't have a mic, and can't get one anytime soon. I'm a 21, almost 22 year old wife and mother. If you will let me join even without a mic, let me know. I wnat to get better, and I'm looking for a clan that is willing to help me with that. My K:D is only 0.66, but it was 0.63 2 days ago, so it's going up. I'm on PS3, and only have MW3.
