I can now remove the inactive members from the previously full roster, and add all the new recruits that have been waiting up to 6 weeks to join. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;To all other clan leaders experiencing this problem:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I'm not exactly sure how the clan was fixed, but I've been messaging a contacting various people at Activision and Beach Head Studios. So one of them paid attention and fixed the problem. Whoever you are, thank you. So I would first try speaking with an Activision Support Agent. Then you can try emailing Activision support. The roster is full, thus we cannot add new recruits. We also have about 40 inactive members that need to be removed; furthermore, these members are unable to leave the clan. We have tried to manage the roster through numerous website browsers, the PS3 console Elite app (both BO2 and MW3), and through the Elite app for Apple and Android. Our clan is basically at a standstill because of this issue, and any help you could provide would be extremely appreciated. Resolving the issue with viewing the roster/removing members from the roster is our first priority; however, there are some other minor issues we are having with Elite. Our clan feed has somehow disappeared from our &amp;ldquo;Clan HQ&amp;#8221; page, which prevents us from communicating with other Elite clans. We are also unable to view any Clan Operation webpage. Invite that account to the clan and transfer the leadership to that new account.&lt;strong&gt;You:&lt;/strong&gt; okay, the clan roster is full at 100 members, so will the new account be able to accept the invite?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Francis Emil D:&lt;/strong&gt; Good point.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Francis Emil D:&lt;/strong&gt; Do you have any online members at the moment?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;You:&lt;/strong&gt; on psn?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;You:&lt;/strong&gt; or available to access Elite&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Francis Emil D:&lt;/strong&gt; Yes.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Francis Emil D:&lt;/strong&gt; Have them leave the clan and rejoin.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;You:&lt;/strong&gt; We've tried that with 5 or 6 members, when they try to leave the clan, Elite doesn;t allow them too&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;You:&lt;/strong&gt; i have an alternate account on the roster, and I cannot leave with that account&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Francis Emil D:&lt;/strong&gt; Can you pass the leadership to that account?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;You:&lt;/strong&gt; unless there is a way to pass leadership without viewing the clan roster, i cannot.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;You:&lt;/strong&gt; When i try to leave the clan on the alternate account, i get the message "are you sure you want to leave," I click yes, and nothing happens, i just return to the clan hq&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;You:&lt;/strong&gt; that happens with everyone that tries to leave&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Francis Emil D:&lt;/strong&gt; Have they tried to leave the clan after an Elite clan ops?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;You:&lt;/strong&gt; hmm, i'm not sure exactly when they've tried.
