My gamertag is EpicBanana2300 on Xbox 360

i played local when servers were down and when i went back to online and i lost some stats, most of my gun camos, classes and unlock tokens and also had almost all camos on 'QBB LSW' and i had never used it before and in combat record i had a ridiculas amount of kills on some weapons like the 'HAMR'. Please fix my acount and put my level back to prestige 5 level 20.

Just use the Activision Support chat. The guy told me they are aware of the problem and will be pushing out an automatic update that should fix it. He did not know exactly when it would be.

Lost custom classes (i have only 1- should have 3) and lost over unlock 24 tokens. Is there anything i can do? Also my stats are all wacky now. Apparently i have over 300k kills with the crossbow even though I never use it. And it says I've never used C4 and I have tons of kills with it...

Happens alot apparently, got my first taste of it two days ago and lost an 8th prestige and diamond camo, iam in prosess of the FORM ! and like the word ERRO, since iam new too the online gaming world i can only say stick with it and dont let it stress you, ive already ernd my 8th pres back and half to getting my diamonds back, i take time out now bye looking at the saved moment i got my diamond camo, it was a struggle doing it but i have my rearun of the moment and think it strange how that wasnt reroled as well, humm i smell a con going on, we may have stumbled on somethink here.

I really hope they are going to/can fix this.

My X-Box live gamertag is ThisisBen5.

I was playing online multiplayer with my friends at their home and we lost our internet connection and therefore got kicked out of multiplayer. We decided to play a few games of local before calling it a night. When I logged in the next day, it seems that my account has been glitched.

I am 5th prestige level 29. I have lost my 4 extra CaC slots from my prestige awards and the 5 custom classes given seem to be glitched. The second custom class slot has nothing in it except for the SVU(sniper rifle) in the 3rd WILD CARD SLOT.

The custom class 5 slot has the Tac-45 dual wield gun in the perk 3 slot and a Lightning Strike in my Lethal slot. Also, when I click on my custom class 5 slot, my game freezes and I have to re-start my X-Box.

A lot of the items that I have unlocked/permanently unlocked have been re-locked and I have 0 unlock tokens to spend but I do have 5 permanent unlock tokens unused.

Everything in my custom classes and barracks have the green "new" symbol on them again.

My combat record seems to be mostly intact except for the equipment and scorestreaks which seems to have been reset/glitched. For example, I have 0 uses for my sensor grenade but have 7864320 detected and killed.

The leaderboards stats seem to be fine as well and I still have all of my created emblems and the same calling card currently in use but my clan tag has been reset.

These are most of the problems that have occured to my account and I will not play/tamper with anything until this issue has been resolved.

I hope they are currently working on a solution to this problem and I hope that this problem can and will be fixed.

Yup, same problem. But with the following issues: Lost 5 CaC slots, missing some calling cards and have some that are shown as in progress, lost ALL regular tokens, gained 2 permanent unlock tokens, was allowed to accuire a new prestige award, my gamertag was changed and is now green, I lost some permanent unlocks and my custom game classes are empty and unselectable.

I'm not mad, just getting impatient. Glitches happen.
