MW3 produces blue screens

About a month ago i bought the MW3 for PC in Andorra. When I returned to Spain I installed the game but it didn't work. Every time I open it the typical MW3 small window appeares and then the computer freezes and sometimes I've seen blue screens. I've tried everything Steam told me to do, and when they realised they didn't know what to do, so they told me to cantact Activision Support, but i can't found their email adress. In the game's box it says that tha game might not be posible to activate outside Andorra, but i could activate it (I think, how can I check it?), so I think that's not the problem. I wonder if anyone knows what to do with this issue.

Thank you.
