that whole post is utterly insane. My clan is at level 25 on bo2 36 mw3. You cannot be serious. Start a new clan. If I have to do that I am done with elite. Because Im sure it will happen again. I cant believe this crap. This is the worst program I have ever seen.

I've got only the issue with the Clan Feed. It just vanished. Probably when the clan got to level 10 or maybe when it got to 15 members (it happened in the same week). Another annoying thing is that when acessing elite through an IPAD browser I got a lot of errors and pages won't load, and, as I'm not in US they won't let me donwload the IPAD app. It's also crashing my internet explorer but Firefox seems to not hang (in PC). Hope someone finds and post a solution here, but, to be frank, I would say it's clearly up to IW to perform some SQL clean up or integrity fix in their database. I can do that for you if you give the access though ;-)

Let face it Elite is screwed, i have done all of the above even started a new clan & guess what! same problem again in second clan. So dont let them tell you oh leave or get a member to leave, make someone the leader its all ****.

Just so everyone is aware if you leave your clan right now YOU CAN NOT START A NEW CLAN - this is broke too. So there is no answer i have a Anroid tablet & phone, the apps been tryed on iphone, ipad, ipad 2, Mac, Pc, every browser know to mankind cookies & cache all cleared. Its just broke with no fix insight we have over 500 members on ps3 over 5 clans, 200+ members on xbox over 3 clans they all are screwed, we even started a new clan never took any players with the unknown name, works fine till you hit more than 15 member or lv up past 10, i have done this about 8 times so far. Last week the when you try to start a new clan that is now too broke it did work till like Monday last week now its broken too.

I have spoken to about 50 members of the tech team all just repete the same answers we even posted a message on www.clanyayo.com where we have about 1000 members all to goto support to sort this issue they all got the same anwsers i did and to be honest about 589 people out of that 1000 all did go to the support and post there chat logs, i have them all i am now making a page on www.clanyayo.com so everyone can post there complaints its not a forum or enjin site it is a real website where 10000s of people go & can read without loggin in. So good luck guys but i really dont think there is anything we can do.

Is anyone having problems removing themselves from a clan, when I attempt to do this, it says bad server response, there was an error communicating with the call of duty elite service. Does anyone know another way to get rid of this error??? Thanks

YEH my stuff wont let me see the roster and the ops when i enlist disapear the day of it off the list like wtf? and i cant see the details or nothing?

that's the problem in the first place isn't it? i can receive applications for hiring purposes but it's the issue of firing for the clan that is my issue.

If you were to remake the clan, you could figure out the roster by going to the BO2 clan leaderboards page. Scoll down, and you will see Clan member leaderboards for each game mode. Although many all players may not be listed on any one particulate leaderboard, all members that have played BO2 will be listed on at least one of the leaderboards. So you could go through them to find all of your members.

Still having the same problem. Let’s say for the heck of it I wanted to remake our clan because of this issue. I’m just throwing that out there, in all honesty remaking the clan would be ridiculous because of the amount of time and hard work already invested into the clan.

But let’s just say for argument sake I wanted to move in that direction. How would it even be possible considering I can’t view the roster, or leave clan b/c I need to give clan leader over to someone else which doesn’t allow me b/c again I can view the roster. Additionally, clan members can’t even leave. Everyone is locked in.

So basically, their last recommendation as a worse case isn’t even an option.

If inactive clan members are the cause of the error why don’t they remove these inactive users for us? There has to be a way they can fix this but that comes down to time and effort and time and effort is money so that is most likely the problem they are not willing to look into a fix.

Myself and other clan members have worked hard to form our clan and have a fun and great thing going. If other clan members are having this problem please keep speaking out.

You: I’m contacting you today in regards to the management of my PS3 Elite Clan, TeamVvG (Clan ID 2933149). I have been unable to view the clan roster, manage the clan roster, or remove members from the clan roster for approximately 6 weeks. The clan has a corporate sponsor, and the inability to manage our roster has severely hindered our ability to achieve success and increase the traffic to our websites. The roster is full, thus we cannot add new recruits. We also have about 40 inactive members that need to be removed; furthermore, these members are unable to leave the clan. We have tried to manage the roster through numerous website browsers, the PS3 console Elite app (both BO2 and MW3), and through the Elite app for Apple and Android. Our clan is basically at a standstill because of this issue, and any help you could provide would be extremely appreciated. Resolving the issue with viewing the roster/removing members from the roster is our first priority; however, there are some other minor issues we are having with Elite. Our clan feed has somehow disappeared from our “Clan HQ” page, which prevents us from communicating with other Elite clans. We are also unable to view any Clan Operation webpage. Francis Emil D: Other than trying it on other browsers and applications. Have you tried any other way of troubleshooting?

You: Ive tried clearing the browser history, cache, temp. internet files etc. All other clan members are having the same issues, as are other clans i've been talking with

Francis Emil D: Have you tried passing the leadership to another account and tried to get it back?

You: I believe one must be able to actually "view" the clan roster, in order to pass leadership..and i cannot view the clan roster.

Francis Emil D: Do you receive an error when trying to access the manage clan portion of the website?

You: nope, i can go into mange clan fine. I can view application, invites, backgrounds, and privacy, but when i click on roster, i get the error message

Francis Emil D: Create another account for your PSN and also create another Elite account for that particular PSN ID. Invite that account to the clan and transfer the leadership to that new account.You: okay, the clan roster is full at 100 members, so will the new account be able to accept the invite?

Francis Emil D: Do you have any online members at the moment?

You: on psn?

You: or available to access Elite

Francis Emil D: Yes.

Francis Emil D: Have them leave the clan and rejoin.

You: We've tried that with 5 or 6 members, when they try to leave the clan, Elite doesn;t allow them too

You: i have an alternate account on the roster, and I cannot leave with that account

Francis Emil D: Can you pass the leadership to that account?

You: unless there is a way to pass leadership without viewing the clan roster, i cannot.

You: When i try to leave the clan on the alternate account, i get the message "are you sure you want to leave," I click yes, and nothing happens, i just return to the clan hq

You: that happens with everyone that tries to leave

Francis Emil D: Have they tried to leave the clan after an Elite clan ops?

You: hmm, i'm not sure exactly when they've tried. It may be possible someone has tried to leave directly after a clan op, not sure though

Francis Emil D: That's an option that eventually will work. Because the server will not be at too much stress for the data that is being sent to the clans.

You: So you are suggesting we have someone leave the clan during a "downtime" in terms of Elite serve usage? Say 10an est on a tuesday?

You: 10am*

Francis Emil D: That is possible.

You: Alright, i'll have people try doing that, but once members can leave, I will still be unable to view the clan roster, or transfer leadership

Francis Emil D: I understand. We would recommend you have all the members leave the clan since one of the issues is that they're data are not updated in the server.

You: okay, so basically, I need to start a new clan?

Francis Emil D: That is another option if the issue is triggered by one of the inactive members.

Francis Emil D: Or should I say their data!

You: haha right

You: so i will continue having the members try to leave the clan during downtimes, but other than that, is there anything more I could be doing to resolve this? I could try contacting beachhead studios directly

Francis Emil D: Unfortunately, for this type of issues. We have exhausted all our resources in providing you the best solution. Last resort would be creating a new clan.

Francis Emil D: You can try to contact Beach head though I cannot guarantee anything. But it is still worth to try.

You: alright, well thank you very much for your time and information. I will continue doing what I can to figure this situation out.

Elite Clan Issues - leaderboards, roster and feed issues

When they changed Elite for BO2 our clan shares our clan feed with another clan on ps3, our clan is Xbox. Not a huge deal but annoying.

I also noticed for about 3 weeks now the clan leaderboards have not reset.

More importantly, now I can't view our clan roster, thus I can't remove people from the clan. Been this way for days and this is a pretty big deal going forward.

I have tried on ie, firefox, on a computer on xbox, none of these ways work.

Anyone else have this issues, anyone know if something is being worked on or any offers to a solution?
