It's all a marketing scheme.

-Come out with the game in November.

-Make it half-assed so people keep tuned-in with "new updates" and "fixes" throughout the year...hoping it gets better....as opposed to make the game correct when you release it, people play it...get tired of it faster with no hopes of anything getting better...because its already good enough.

-Finally fix most issues with the game near August/July when a huge player base gets out of school. People continue to play and are excited its fixed so stick around with the franchise.

-November release new broken game, and restart process.

It all boils down to keeping the customers on their "toes" the entire year. Anticipation...leads people to go through crap they normally wouldn't care to endure.

Purely marketing. I'm in marketing and sales...I see very obvious marketing ploys they are doing.

You do realize that CoD games are based off a host connection right? At least consoles are. If you have a bad connection, it's YOUR internet. It happens to me too, and I hate it, but there's nothing I can do except improve my internet or get a better router. Oh, and you really think they care that they're losing what...like $10/$15? I'm sure they're waking up screaming in the middle of the night with nightmares. Being an active member of the forums doesn't make you irreplaceable.

A standard TFT 23" with 2ms delay. 23" is perfect for 16:9 resolution such as 720p, 1080p. 24" is also good but its more a 19:10 resolution (1920x1200).

Yeah, but for some reason priro to BO1, where 1 person, the host typically might have an edge, now 6 or 7 in a lobby of 12 have an edge, and it happens in 75% of the games causing quite a terrible/rage filled gaming experience.

Don't leave. Need you here to fight the fight.

The TU this weekend made the game more fun for me because I was being matched with people nearby. The problems are still there but not as annoying because of the brute power of connections. Also it was fun to just get trashed and talk while we played.

It's still not where it needs to be, but a step in the right direction for sure.

This is how people feel after playing their game. At what point do they admit their smoothing code just doesn't work. It never did. What ever they do to the host connection, again doesn't work. At this point it's them being stubborn. They can't admit that Respawn's coding was better.
