legendhunter32...Im having the same problem. Their response is people who paid for elite before Nov 8th are having problems and their team is working on a solution, wow..so basically everyone who went out and bought it first are getting dicked. thanks.Let me know if you get an actual answer, date, or if its fixed. How can they not respond once to all these comments about ELITE. I for one am beyond dissapointed for the effort level given to us gamers from the ELITE devs. I mean even with MWF3 it took months to work right. Now they have an error with all who bought ELITE before Nov 8th and it removed our founder status, so I can't access anything on ELITE for MWF3. I have contacted them many times and they always says their team is working on it. Its barely functioned right from day one, and now we play clan ops for what??? To unlock a gold clan tag and backgrounds? Big deal... thats a horrible effort on their part to keep the ELITE experience going. Especially for people who paid for it. This isnt their first rodeo yet you can barely tell by the finished product. Which is always unfunctional on both the XBOX app and my iPhone app. Half the time it doesnt even display my clan in my iPhone app. Bottom line, if your not going to give us what we paid for, why have we not got a refund? A couple months of free ELITE is USELESS IF ITS FREE TO EVERYONE! Lets not let them get away with taking our money and not following through with whats was promised.

It's not letting me enlist in MW3 ops either. And I know for a fact that out of my clan, at least 10 of them are premium. I tried having ActivisionSupport help me out on that and they told me to download likle 5 different browsers, which I did and still nothing works.

I've been getting that same problem ever since they upgraded ELITE for black ops 2. I have absolutely no way of telling my clan members if we're on gold or not.

Yea totally worthless now IMO. I mean atleast before there were real awards your entire team could be proud of and actually motivating enough to complete the clan challenges and clan ops. The Double XP perks were nice, as were the Clan Titles. Its nice to beable to show off to other clans. Now we are just mindlessly just shooting at each other for 3 hours with out anyway in being able to tell current standings during clan ops etc...

It has all been said already but bumping this up seemed to be a good idea. It would be really nice to have something more to look forward to than just unlocking backgrounds for the clan. Like MW3 had double xp unlocks and emblems and the like.

Between this, and the special characters for the clan tag, I'm smelling fail.

having trouble with the app,maybe this will help out

Navigate to the Settings menu.
Go to System Settings
Go to “Control for HDMI”
Set Control for HDMI off.

This should solve your problem but you will lose the convenience of the Control for HDMI which means when you turn you PS3 on you have to turn your TV on also separate. Don't know why a shell application they created interferes with this option.

Just being an optomist . I look at how Elite was w/ MW3 where we didn't get almost anything for a few months and then they really ramped it up. It seems they may be doing something very similar with this game. I don't understand why this stuff wasn't in the game day 1, but the fact that they are now adding in the daily challenges and seem to be getting things going indicates that they aren't just forgetting about elite. Sure there is no response from them ever in the forums, but that doesn't mean they aren't working on it. Their customer service and communication about elite is absolutely horrible.
