I'm hoping they do a special Holiday's Op for BO2 as well on Sunday night. I say "special" because if you look at the reward icon it has a bow on it and because it is at a special time. Guess we'll have to wait and see.

4 new ops have been posted for this weekend and next, no challenges as of yet, also they've put 2 MW3 ops on for this Sunday -HC TDM and Core TDM (at different times)

Got that right. We barely got Silver a couple of times with 3 players. Folks don't mind being in a Clan but getting participants during the afternoon on a Saturday can be a hard bargain. Especially as the target age of our clan is one with children in school and a job to keep them fed. Oh, have to include keeping the spouse from forming close relationships with the milkman and pool boy!

I actually had one of my members pick up a Silver in a MW3 Op a couple of weekends ago practically by himself. Now he is a really good player but he only put about 2 hrs into it. So the division of labor issue isn't as bad as I thought that it would be. I think that it's actually helped by putting both the BO2 and the MW3 ops at the same time. You never could get a Silver with one man putting in 3hrs much less only 2hrs before in MW3.

Checked Elite on console, looks like they've finally got it up and running so you should be able to enlist from there - they've commented on Elite that there will be more ops and challenges coming soon. If you have any problems enlisting send me a message and I will send links to you

I know how you feel, I'm currently temp leader of a clan and we're still levelling up in MW3, but it's only a small group of us that commit to doing the work, I just play for bronze in ops and try for silver/gold in challenges - depending on what they are

BO2 Clan Ops and MW3 Clan Ops are occuring for the third weekend at the same time. For those clans needing to level up in MW3 and are level up currently in BO2, a division of labor is required.

The good news is the heavier hitters with the higher connection bandwidth are playing in BO2 Clan Ops, since they probably maxxed out MW3 and are not getting any other form of gratifiction for playing MW3. The players playing MW3 have more of a chance to have a level-ground of competition and better connections. The servers on MW3 have ran marvelously in the lower volume and normal levels of connection speed.

It is not a clan Op. It is only a clan challenge. There is no hope of getting 2500 XP here, only 600 (200 for each of the 3 stages)...and all clans have an equal chance of getting the 600 XP.

Domination, most captures. I really thought we were over this in MW3. Guess not, boosters will be in full force on Friday, any clan has the potential for the championship badge. Wonder who it will be.

Why are we posting the links here? If you are here, it is just as easy to go to the elite site and go to the Challenges page where you can view your upcoming events. Plus, the links in this thread are for Xbox but this is not an Xbox forum. It isn't hard to check what's available, just go out and look rather than relying on someone else posting it on here.
