its feb 10. elite for ps3 clans is not working at all. why isnt there news about this anywhere? do i have to create a new account to resolve it?

it's Dec 11th and I get the same error messege when I try to sign up for ops or challenges. it's very frustrating.

I have started two cases with you in regards to not being able to enlist in the November clan ops and challenges. They are showing up in the compeitions page. But whenever I go to enlist I get an error message. Please fix this and the clan management page. I'm glad we didnt have to pay for this service again. Its pretty much useless. I may never buy a COD game again because of this. You all are so inefficient the kindergarteners I teach could do a better job at it.
