Almost 1,000 views and no replies? Really?! Nobody else is having any of the above issues like I am on Spec Ops? I find that kind of hard to believe. I would really appreciate some sort of insight on what my issue might be.

Lagging & Connection Issues

I have been trying to play Special Ops with a buddy of mine, and we have both been experiencing some serious lag. Almost to the point where we cannot even move. Sometimes the lag will get so bad that it kicks us out, and the typical "MW3 server is down. Go to http://www.callofduty.com/mw3/status blah, blah, blah." Well, I go to the website, and it's at Defcon 5. It has been like this since Black Ops 2 was released. Does this have something to do with the release of Black Ops 2? I know, for a fact, that it's not my internet/router settings/etc. Has anybody else been having issues with this? Can we expect some sort of new update/patch sometime soon? If I have missed some information, or am double posting the same issue, I apologize for another post asking the same question. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
