Yeah i started having the same problem about 2 days ago. I figured it might have been something to do with my internet, but all my other online games are working just fine. So i decided to uninstall/re-install, problem was still there. Checked the integrity of the files twice, problem is still there. Kind of frustrating, to be honest.

I noticed that this is an old post from back in November, however I have been having this issue lately (May 13, 2013) and it has been going on for about a week now. I am located in Vermont, but I haven't heard anyone else in my area complaining about the issue. What's up? How can I get my fix of Black Ops 2!?!?!

no update from technical support, come on guys what's happening at your end? why can't we get online and play the game? please get this fixed or at least acknowledge the problem. at least i can play battlefield instead as no problems getting online there. really poor customer service going on here. wonder what your management think of this situation?

me to facing the same problem situated in UAE.... unable to download the new update v 1.09 and v 1.10.

I am really shocked to see that so many uers are facing these issues and no body give damn from ACTIVISION!!! This is so surprising!!

It seems like they dont care any more... atleast if you are working on this issue let us know the timelines... just speak anything!!

We are getting mad over here.... its total waste of money

can't get online since downloading patch 1.10 on ps3. will not connect to online services on multiplayer or zombies. really annoying. in Ireland. please fix guys was working fine before patch download.

it is happening to me too. ever since i downloaded the camos. six days ive been having this problem. even tried on mw3 its the same and i even tried making a new account but it is the same. please TREYARCH do something to fix this

Still no luck in getting on. If anything its getting worse over time. i used to be able to get past the error message roughly 1:100 tries but now. iv not been able to play multiplayer or zombies in over a month what so ever!

I'v tried everything it could possibly be on my end. We have a good strong internet connection here, iv been able to play previously while other people in the house are streaming movies and all sorts. but even so i spoke with the provider, made sure i was getting the speed in the contract. and yes, i am.

This has really gone past "frustrating" now. Especially after purchasing the DLC season pass and realising it could all be wasted money.

Please help us out here.

Yeah same have tryed everything router reassign,assign ports, ps3 update. I think it is pretty ordinary that there has been little response from activision/treyarch on how to fix or what the issue is. You pay good for these games plus the dlc . Since coming home tuesday i have not been able to get on. The week before it was allgood. Pretty ****** off about it actually
