Acces it from the game menu and it should load

they're working on it

i am having the same problem with elite . u think they would fix it before black ops 2 comes out .

anyone having trouble starting the elite app after the update 4.22?when i start it.the tv goes white you hear noise.when i try to resatrt i have to trun off the ps3 ?
