I had another look at this statreporting...

Before my match on Lockdown i looked in barracks domination leaderboard.

It says before game

Total captures = 9261 and total defends = 7218

after the game, in game leaderboard shows

Total captures = 9269 and total defends = 7222

equal to 8 captures and 4 defends

Elite reports for that match is

4 captures and 2 defends

when i manually counting cap/def in theater i count to 4 flagassist cap and 4 flags capture by me beeing first on the flag. Also counting it to 4 defends. If the ingame stat is counting all the captures even if you isn´t the first guy on the flag shouldn´t elite report in same way that the game reports captures? Don´t know why elite only reported 2 defends when me and the game counted it to 4? I think elite should report the same numbers as the game reporting...

ok, thank you for answering. i find this not optimal though in blackops you could see how many captures you had in a game even if you wasn't the first one on base you were given a cap. In mw3 i really miss that, to see which people actually played the objective.

As far as we have known this is not a bug, it was intended. In order to be awarded a capture, you had to start the cap for a position. As far as in-game points it would give you points for the capture but the stats wouldn't. This is also how Domination captures were scored in MW2.

Yes cookiehood... I have revieved a couple of matches and it looks like as you said, it only counts the first player on the flag but carriercaps counts every cap.. So i´ll guess its a bug, otherwise the carriercaps would be a hellof a lot less for me..

And if so only counts the first player on the base he should get more points than a flag assist cap.

Sounds like how Dom ops used to work

Only the first player on the base would only get the actual capture

Everyone else just gets points

Yes, if you review your latest game thru Theater in mw3 and manually counting all your domination captures/defends and then comparing it under recent games in Elite, then it will not show the correct number for that individual game.

However the Total carrier captures/defends is showing the correct number as in barracks leaderboard but you can never look how many captures you got in one game because that will not be accurate. The only way is to count your captures manually if you want to know. :/

Ok, almost a year after launch and elitestats is not showing right numbers yet? Instead of fixing this you updated the graphic interface for elite? The stats i refering to is domination captures and defends in recent matches even amaount of kill/death can be inaccurate sometimes. However domination captures is always showing faulty numbers. excuse my englidh

Any eta when you will handling this matter?
