For a starting shotgun i suggest the USAS. Good range, damage and a great ammo load out. Now if you want super easy mode use the Striker but trade in your man card with it. For perks I suggest SoH, Assassin (pretty much forced to in this game), and DS or Steady Aim. I ,personally, love the SPAS and KSG. The USAS used to be my favorite but then I starting using the SPAS and they buffed the KSG. Have a look at my two Shot gun classes on ELITE.

Hello MW3 Community! I'm an average player but have gotten alot better over the year and I've never really used a shotgun before but I figured if I could try it out and maybe get good with it. Then I could get some sweet revenge on some of those crazy shotgunners that run around and almost always get an easy kill on me. I'm looking for suggestions on what shotguns are the best and easiest to use for a newbie shotgunner. What's a good loadout to use proficiencies, perks, etc. Let me know in the comments below and thank you all for your help. Oh I'm on my 2nd prestige and i'm currently lvl 37 almost 38.
