Chief, I can give you a lot of awesome pointers on how to deal with SitRep Pro and TB user players.

But that's not the biggest problem you are having. From your post I can tell you what you're biggest problem is.

You need to learn how to read the other players. You need to learn how to predict what the other players are going to do. "Read their minds" sort of.

Once you can predict opponent behavior, all these perk issues become secondary. They just give you a slight boost in the match. Mixing them up different ways can multiply perk benefits, but no perk and no gun in the world is going to make you a better player.

The ability to predict your opponent is the number one way to improve and overcome whatever the other team is throwing at you.

Regardless, Sit Rep Pro just needs to be removed from the game and replace it with Hacker in Black Ops. That's more acceptable. But the simple fact that I've seen kids lately run Blind Eye Pro, Assassin Pro, and Sit Rep Pro and just camp in or around a building. The perk is broken. What makes it even effing worse is the fact that there is a SOUND FILTER for the perk to where you can barely even hear the noises you make and all you can hear is everyone else. Anyone with Beach's / Sit Rep Pro are going to win 9 times out of 10, regardless of gun skills.

Lately, if I even SEE someone using Sit Rep Pro - I will automatically dashboard. I'm not wasting my time, win loss, or kill death because you obviously need to have a baby sitter perk just to get kills. Sit Rep Pro can stay in Search, but keept it out of every other game mode.

obviously ur a camper that uses it...and u might as well get a job @ infinityward and reduce mw3 movement by 50% and double the map size...basically spend most of ur time moving than shooting...sounds like fun right??...not really...sitrep is trash and if u camp and rely on it ur trash

i agree on everything but what was said about assasin....it makes no sence to complain about the knowing advantage of sitrep pro and then say assasin is another bad perk....

IMO sitrep pro really only matters in Search N Destroy

IMO you use sitrep pro if your not very good or you are not convident in your playing abilities

dead silence is what people use who actually are good at Search

also another note

with sitrep pro you can still be heard if your not crouching which is a small downside to it but yet it is way overpowered there needs to be something to counter it you should not be able to hear dead silence pro with sitrep pro that is stupid

And this is coming from a guy who constantly complains about marathon, lightweight, ALL explosives, ALL support streaks, shotguns, smgs, "overpowered" weapons, replenishing non launchable grenades, and the list gets longer everyday. What's next you are going to complain about not being able to hear people crouch walking? Learn to adapt camper before telling someone else to adapt. You are no better people like you cry everyday about something that kills or hinders you.

Sitrep is for people who suck at the game and like to lay on their vajayjay.. if everyone used it and camped.. the game would be boring.. my K/D and W/L is better than most...and I run and gun.. I don't need perks to help me locate enemies..

Exactly! I've been using SitRep since the game came out. ( I got caught by claymores 24/7 so I needed to see them somehow. ) The perk was awesome then to me. Dead silence was just stupid to me because if I wanted to be silent I'd just crouch. I only used it when I wanted to rush. Sure, SitRep made the game even gayer than it was. Dead silence had a counter that was so stupid that it made itself gay. Dead silence should have been made so that the person using it couldn't be heard at all and couldn't hear anything. No gunshots, no NOTHING. Then put SitRep so the enemy footsteps would be louder but couldn't hear dead silence either. That there ELIMINATES Both of the problems.

He is right about there being no counter but he is wrong about putting Sitrep Pro back the way it was because even in MW2 Sitrep Pro countered Ninja how ever I do think there should be a counter. I think Blind Eye Pro should counter Sitrep Pro since Blind Eye is basically useless all it does is help you against killstreaks nothing more so yea make Blind Eye Pro counter Sitrep Pro meaning Dead Silence users are completely silent while using Blind Eye Pro and the ones without Dead Silence sound normal. As for the people telling him to adapt and stop whining you cry just as much as him if not more here are some examples Marathon, Lightweight, Shotguns, ALL explosives, ALL support killstreaks, replenishing non launchable grenades, and the list goes on such as "overpowered" weapons and so on. I mean how is it impossible to shoot someone running at you really fast? How is it impossible to dodge 2 rockets and 2 grendade that are launchable and take alot of time to shoot? How is it impossible to play while EMPed? Seriously stop telling people to adapt if you can't adapt yourselves. Learn to adapt campers!! Enough with the complaining though do not complain unless you have a valid argument or if you have physical evidence. Just calling something "overpowered" isn't enough.

lol i love the term sound whores, i know am i one, a tick can fart and i will hear it, sit rep pro i run it proud i earned it, i buy turtle beaches so i can hear what is going on around me, i earn my stuff fair and sqaure i dont mod or cheat or nothing like that.well i learned how to use my hearing to the best of my ability, i use it not just for me,but for a advantige to my team! if turtle beaches were not ligit tournments would not use them! so if you do not like people using turtles either then join the crew and learn how to use sit rep pro and see if you can play better! plus dont run so much, crouch and walk you wont die so much

so you haven't figured out how to sprint to a close location and then crouch walk in the tight areas? Sounds like the player is too incompetent to play the game with a little bit of thought.... "running running running... WTF I am supposed to be silent and never heard! Guess I'll just crouch walk the entire map and be super slow in all the wide open areas because I'm too stupid to use my head and close the gap on open spaces and be silent in the hallways and whatnot..."
