Figured it out, go to audio settings and select it as your input/output device

Does anyone own the ps3 gioteck ex-01 and find that it works for them in MW3?

Yeah, mine doesn't work either. It's added, it's enables, it works on every other game including Singstar! But do not get the little speaker sign next to my name even on MW3. It has worked on my old PS3 in the past. I have a new slimline M PS3 500GB, that is the only change.

Any thoughts? Time for a new expensive headset?

As stated previously, make sure to check the options in the multiplayer menu. Are you able to hear other players? Are other players able to hear you? Does the headset work in other games also? We will do our best to troubleshoot but we need more information.

It may be an issue with the headset and if it can be used with your system.

Hello,

My headset doesnt work in mw3, when in configure the settings it works, but when I try to do something with in mw3 it doesnt work. The sound icon doesnt appear either. It's ps3 gioteck ex-01. I tried to remove it and reinstall it but that doesnt work either. And I tried to turn it on in game doesnt work either. It worked before I downloaded the map Terminal, but I dont think that messed it up. Help please.
