Yup the M16 works good, I am really happy they buffed it. This is one of the Elite Guns of Cod History and Guns like the Type 95 should never take its place.

Definitely planning on giving the M16 a proper go now. (Unless the tin foil hat brigade manage to convince me it's the same as before). I started using the FAD again a couple of days ago and thought it seemed better than i remembered (this before i saw the topics about buffing), but last night it was NOTICEABLY different so it must have been my memory playing tricks on me!

what topic would that be? The fact that there was in fact something done to these weapons and not some "placebo effect"? The ones that I've used so far have been quite nice.

As people only seem to be actually reporting a difference now.

Actually, people were reporting a difference right away ... just not everyone. Those of us who saw the changes with the first update overwhelmingly did not question whether or not those saying the changes did not take. We simply stated that we see the changes and gave our opinions of the changes.

We gave a fair and unbiased analysis of something.

Assuming people are lying or imagining things, however, is not fair and does demonstrate bias.

It could not possibly be that the update propogated properly to some of the community and did not propogate properly to other parts of the community, could it?

I think there's some members of the COD community that really need to come down out of that ivory tower and hop off their high horses. Those that were saying the changes had gone through, like Wolf's video, not once doubted that you were not experiencing the buffs.

Everyone said, "I'm experiencing an improvement in weapon X."

But those that were not experiencing a difference were calling everyone else all sorts of names.

That aspect of the community needs to change. If you get that upset over a game, it may be time to set the game aside.

I agree with you nuttin2say a lot of people naming calling and this and that for what?

If you disagree with me or anyone else its fine, but just be RESPECTFUL.

I was totally honest in my video I was up almost before anyone else knew about this update, patch, hotfix, whatever you want to call it, not trying to brag, or anything but yes i was up at like 4 5 AM and when i heard about it i went straight to Infinity Ward to do my own research. And then I tested the Guns out as you see in my Video.

Later on that day. Inifnity Ward Sent out Tweets as I mentioned earlier in my posts that that patches have been released to Xbox, PS3 and PC. I even had a friend of mine from the PS3 said that they received this update last week.

There is no reason for Infinity Ward to lie to us. They even have had Tina Palacious coming out and backing the updates.

Some may not have experienced, so may not like it. Some may just be trying to start a debate lol.

The point is the GUNS HAVE BEEN PATCHED like I have said from my Video. And if anyone still disagrees they can easily contact Infinity Ward. But dont be disrespectful here. We all want to have Fun and Talk about things Respecfully.

This is correct, new hotfix just came out. I'm guessing as many others that it is a fix to the so called hotfix that was supposed to buff these weapons on the 1st but didn't work.

1.582.2 Was just noted on the update. Just a few hours ago it was 1.582.1

The patch has now come out.

UMP is a 5 hit at range.

FAD is always a 4.

M16 is 2-4.

Etc.

mmk so I did have to go ahead and report you for name calling... dont disrespect me, when I never disrespected you..

these guns got buffed, i cant tell a difference..

the people who say the dont see a difference are looking at the buff to be some game changer, and that is not what a rebalance is, it to make the guns have more of an ability to compete.

sorry you and drifter do not see that, i guess go back to what you were using
