You have to sprint, not just walk, and then jump.

If you haven't changed the settings at all and you're using the wii-remote, the jump button should be up on the d-pad. try that.

also, try a couple jumps straight up before attempting the actual jump just to make sure you're doing the right thing

Try up on the D-pad, that's the default jump button.

According to the manual it says B on the wii remote (not the nunchuck) so thats the one I was using. However, I aint had to use jump yet before this chapter.

Well thats the theory for sure buuuuut. I push forward on the stick on nunchuck, with thumb on A on the other control press B when I run and ooops down the lift shaft I go (wii controls here). Sorry if I sound like a nugget but hey. I have tried. Now the wii is heading for the wall soon. Cheers again mush.

Can anyone tell how the frig to jump from one elevator to the next in the hunt for makarov? I must have tried a thousand times but cannot get it. Heeeeeeeeeeeeelp please folks. Thanks in advance :/
