Agreed the lag is why you think this gun sucks simple, no its not the the best but it works out pretty well if you know the limits of it and how to combinate your perks and profs. Not really recomended for unless your gonna be backing up your team mates or picking off stragelers try to avoid gin fights as it takes some hightend awareness to actually come out on top of a 1 on 1 battle.

I like using this gun as well. But it's definitely not the weapon to use when you're suffering from lag.

I love running a silencer on it, I'll try to hop into a game and put up a video of how it can be useful. I imagine the op is just suffering from the horrible lag that this game brings.

I have always wanted to give it a try but once I unlock it I usually prestige before I think of using it, I think it looks amazing like some crazy alien technology haha

Actually, the FAD is one of my favorite ARs to use. It used to be my main weapon for a long time, until i switched that class to the AK-47. I got it to gold, and i also used the iron sites on it. The reloads arent that slow at all either. You only run out of ammo quickly because you dont do short controlled bursts. I actually prefer this weapon specifically for gun fights because of the high rate of fire. Most of the time i wreck shop with this gone, dude.

people who think this gun is a good weapon bet dont often use it.

Negatives of this gun slowest reloads

Lowest damage

have alot of ammo but runs out quick

cant win in a gun fight

The first time I messed with it, I hated it because it felt like a marshmallow shooter.

So, I never bothered with it because by the time I got it unlocked... I was prestiging in short order.

Picked one up off the ground the other day in a "oh crap, my primary and secondary are out of bullets... need something to shoot people with" mode and I tell you.. it felt completely different. So much so I set up a class and was having some fun futzing around with it but then my guys were ragging on me to prestige and so I did... and it wasn't yet worth a token to save.

When I climb back up the hill again I think I just might dedicate some time to it as I think I'm about done with prestiging....

As the last thing unlocked it should be one of the better guns... so far that doesn't seem to be the case but maybe they secretly jacked around with it when they did the whole messy update a few weeks ago?

On my first prestige, I was so elated to unlock this gun. I thought it would be the all-mighty power house gun to make me super hardcore lol.

Needless to say, my expectations of the gun were much too high. Don't misunderstand me, it was a good gun. Just that by my expectations of the "FINAL" gun, it just didn't shine all that well. I found that my actual time to kill was alot lower with the ACR. But as I progressed through the prestiges, I liked this gun more and more each time.

Do I use this gun very often? Not at all. That's mainly due to the fact that I get it so late in the game, it's time to prestige again. Do I think it's worth a token? Again, the answer is no. I will probably get a chance to enjoy it more once I hit 20th prestige over the next week or so.

Which kind of brings me to my next point though. I don't really agree with getting a gun with like a few hours away from the next prestige. Max rank in a prestige should be like 90-100 imo. That allows for a much more robust prestige each time and varied playstyles. By the time you get done 30'ing your beginning guns you are right back to prestiging again and back into the arms of the same tiers of guns all over again. Either that or burn tokens for weapons *shrug*.

I think its a pretty awesaome weapon .......... and fun too.

Put ext mags on it and its like walking around with a mini death machine from bo. Burst fire it and you can make some nice longshots.

You just have no sense in how it is meant to be used and how it works. The FAD is a very good gun when you learn how and when and where to use it. Something that by the style of your post you have not done yet.

In my opinion it looks ugly. I think good looking rifles are the AR15 platform based rifles, G36's, SCAR's. I even like bullpups like the FAMAS, the L85, and the TAR 21, but I just don't like the FAD. Maybe because of how useless it really is plays into the reason why I think it is ugly.

It's actually really good now. It used to have some recoil issues when you pinned the trigger but now it's really steady. I drop people all the time with it but I've also used it when it was more difficult. So maybe it's just that you haven't figured out the best way to use it. It's not like other AR's.
