As we're updating in this linked thread, there are a group of Clans that are not having their participation count in Clan Operations despite enlisting before. These Clans may see their enlistment status change to not being enlisted either before or during the Clan Operation.

If you're experiencing this issue, please PM us with the below information:

- Clan name

- Clan Operation name and date

- Time of enlistment

- Enlisted via web or console app

- If all participating members were in the clan before time of enlistment

- If the Clan Leader has filled out the Address and Zip Code section of

hey wth! bump, need a resolution for all my clan members are upset and i look like an incompetent fool when in fact it's elite that's making me look like a fool!

We got a similar issue. Saturday's clan ops (wicked dominator), we enlisted previously (on Friday). Clicked Enlist, then confirm we were set to go for saturday. Come Saturday, we are all participating, we look to see how we were doing and it said we were NOT ENLISTED!!!!!!! So we stopped out of confusion. On Sunday i checked to see the results of saturdays dominator event and i see we got a silver!!!!!!!! WTF. Now i checked to see if the event i signed up for sunday was safe ... It said i nev er enlisted for it so it seems we were never registered for both ops. I think BH Changed the operations around with out notice to re register and we got screwwed in the process. Frankly. I'm tired fo this garbage at this point. It seems like it's become pointless to even try. Most people don;t even play this game anymore and it's depressing. Really if you think about it the only thing to gain from ranking up xp for your clan is double xp. Whats the point if they give double xp every weekend?

Same thing happened to us, we did saturday and sundays clan op and recieved nothing.

As if the clan op didnt even happen or we wernt even enlisted.

The last clan op just gone on Sunday, core kill confirmed, I enlisted my clan a good hour before the op would start and click the box enlist and accepted the terms and conditions. My high k/d member and I the worked really hard over the whole 3 hours, and along the way we tried to look how well we're doing, but nothing and just said that our clan was not enlisted. After the clan op had finished, I went back after an hour and we had not received nothing, and we have missed out on 500 easy xp. This also happened on the Saturday clan op but apart from decided not to take part, because our clan believed that we were not enlisted. After the Saturday clan op, what do you know, we got bronze!! However, the Sunday clan op has not done this and we have got nothing. I've tried contacting Activision, but it's so confusing to find where to contact them, as it keeps sending to me to different pages where I just end up doing circles. If this carries on for enlisting the clan ops, I will be really annoyed and I may make a civil complaint for poor service. I would like to this to be sorted out, and for our xp to come through.
