Can't lie, after going in and playing for the first time in a few weeks (man did my aim suck that first match...quite embarassing), it would be nice to be able to play this in HC.

I've always said this mode would have been better if they had made it a barebones/pure type game mode. No attachments, no perks, just gun on gun.

I've never been a fan of Core, not going to start any flame wars here. I think it takes skill to play both, and have respect for good core players as I do for good HC players. But it is annoying to put entire clips of ammo into the enemy only to have them Halo jump or glitch out of the kill. The game is pretty broken, we all know that.

That being said, I quite like the new maps. Not a fan of U-Turn, but Intersection is a great, very detailed map, and Vortex has a really nice feel to it.

You've called it gay mode before, but many would say HC is a worse mode more corner campers than in Core.

Yes we did pay for dlc, but why is there nothing for HC. I only play HC. I hate gay mode, but I'm forced to play it if I want to try the new maps.

Most of these maps are a little small for 6v6 and the spawns are bad enough as it is.

These maps are definately too small for 6v6 and would be an assault kill streak cluster ****. Or 6 man stealth bombers all day.

You paid for dlc not a specific type of dlc. So no they do not have to do what you want. They are not ripping you off you are getting what you paid for.. dlc. They do not have to make dlc always have MP maps just because you may think or wish so. They can add or remove or the change the dlc at any time they wish and no they are not accountable to you or anyone else if they do for why the did it.

I completely agree. These new maps are great but need to mixed up in a hardcore multiplayer or even just face off! This DLC for the month is bullcrap.

I also want hardcore face off. Sick and tired of these ****ing casuals getting what they want in terms of gimping or buffing this weapon or that one. Those of us considered dedicated/hardcore/etc fans deserve to be heard as well IW. Especially since we are the ones who actually spend more time playing than these kids that beg for the game and spent our hard earned money to even support such a faulty iteration in the first place. Face off blows chunks, especially as a core mode. How can you justify the mode when it's just a glorified spawn trap gametype that becomes extremely one sided once the other person gets in the right spot, and add on top of that the fact that you have to put a clip and a half into someone in core modes to even get the kill but the other guy pops you once and its lights out m***********. So how about doing something for us and stop with the freakin pandering to the crybaby wimps who log in maybe once a week to play for 30 minutes.

SEROIUSLY THE NEW MAPS LOOK REALLY COOL BUT ITS STUPID TO ONLY HAVE THEM AVAILABLE IN ONE GAME TYPE AND TO ONLY CORE PLAYERS!!! i hear the argument that the first group of faceoff maps are too small to play in the normal multiplayer rotation ( dont agree because i like small maps ie. nuketown, rust ext.) but i understand the argument. BUT THESE NEW MAPS ARENT EVEN THAT SMALL!!!!! WTF??????
