Blast shield needs to be fixed in core and hardcore the pro version doesn't even do ****.

Very good to see BlastShield will now be similar to the way FlakJacket worked when playing HC, one of the best things to happen for a long time and will be great to counter these noobs who come to HC only to tube.

does this mean MK-14 won't have rapid fire on it anymore? Or do they mean by just like pistols and other semi-auto weapons don't have rapid fire anymore? That's what I didn't understand any ways, was it a glitch, or is this something for rapid fire controllers to not use anymore?

LOL useless guns.. those guns are not useless. Just takes time to learn to use them correctly and when to use and how to use. something most players of this game do not want to do simply. Instead they want all the guns to kill in 3 shots or less and require no aim skill at all like the ACR.

If anything they need to nerf the acr and other guns and not buff the so called useless weapons.

BV's are working as they were meant to even in HC, so get over it, they do not need a change just so you can get your simple 1-2 shot kills again in all situations. I still kill players with BV in HC just as easy as if they did not have it on.

none of those guns are useless... you just need to spend a bit more time with them and learn how to use them better.... for instance, if you learn how to cope with the kick on an AK then you can destroy ACR users all day long... the other guns have their own strengths too, you just have to play to them and use them at the right range

i want to see link to the confirmation. because i think its BS that they are buffing blast shield up in HC. its fine how it is. why are they buffing it? because campers are complaining that they are still getting killed by explosives?

that is just a retarded idea. not only do they get balistic vest, but they also get a buffed up blast shield to help them camp longer.

As someone else said, some of those guns are hardly useless, the AK especially - beast in the right hands. Only the M16 is useless between the AR's and SMG's. People hate on the PM9 as well, but you can destroy people close range, best defense against shotgun users close range besides AKIMBO FMG9s is PM9 with rapid fire and steady aim.

I use PM9 with MP9 secondary for longer range shots.
