While true that this is an 18+ game, I'm sure that the devs are well aware that plenty of 18- players are on the game and they would like to avoid legal issues as much as possible. Beyond that, we give way too much credit to the "censoring" function. There is some issue with how elite interprets posts that's been around a really long time. Whenever, it doesn't know what to do it just ****'s everything. I've seen words "censored" in one part of sentence that aren't in another part. It's just a frustrating glitch in the programming.

especially this is a mature game 18+ why there are any filters its mature. plain and simple.

Don't use commas. If you'll notice... 90% of the words starred, if not more, had a comma at the end. Don't know why... but it's true. I noticed this glitch a while back. Just make sure you use simple sentences and don't try to be grammatically correct. ELITE doesn't like it.

After all of the crap product we've put up with and all of the crap responses we've gotten from Beachhead about it... I'm surprised that any of us even bother to try. I just hate seeing something that could have been so good be so terribly, terribly bad.

We've been telling BH this since Elite Beta 1.0 first came out.

Their response:

Sorry for *** ***********, we *** working ** a fix.

They can't get the basics down and it's June... Sad we paid for this lack of service.

My clan feed is going crazy.

And then the message that did not appear because of the error was suddenly on the board.
