Why do some people think their query will be resolved quicker if they use CAPITALS and repeat words like 'urgent', 'help!!' and 'serious'?

We understand that English might not be your first language, so we'll forgive your poor grammar and spelling - but that's no excuse for insisting the developers drop everything to serve your needs. Get some patience and be less selfish. Not only will you likely get a quicker resolution, but you'll look like much less of a muppet to the wider community.

Ok,maybe we solved the problem,cause weeks ago after the operations even if anybody played it said our ID and 0 points,but without this member.Yesterday there where a Clan operation,and my player didn't play but he appeared on the leaderbord with 0 points.Hope this means it's gonna work in the future

No no,that's not the problem,we controlled everywhere,spam,everywhere in the Mail pages.Dunno what to do,but that's a serious thing.How can I contact Game Staffers like Infinity Ward or Activion or whatever?

In the beginning, and do not know why, most of the registration email to arrive Elite Spam or Junk folder. Did you have reviewed?

Many of my fellow clan members, had the same problem.

Ok,I'll explain the problem.I've got a Clan on Elite,i said my Clan mates to accept the invites and they did so.One mate did this like others,but then he got a serious prolem,when he tried to log in,the sistem didn't recognized his account datas,so he follow the steps to have a new password,he clicked "send the email" to receive his new datas,but when he went to the mail he haven't received anything.We tried for times,but everytime it was a fail.So,I deceided to help him by creating for him a new account with another email and password.It worked,he log the PSN ID Account to the ELITE Account and he entered again in the Clan.But i gotta say that when he registered the first time he log the PSN ID Account to the ELITE account too,maybe is this the cause of the problem.But that's the problem: he's an ELITE PREMIUM MEMBER,so when we do Clan Operations his score should be counted,but this isn't happening!!Why?Please,I've really got to have help.If you got some more informations of this case to help me as much as possible,simply answer me and I'll fast to answer you.I say it again,urgent help needed!!!
