SCAR-L has amazing iron sights. It's the only gun I use without a Red Dot. The rest I find are horrendous. Well maybe the ACR. That has decent iron sights.

I like the UMP, hate the open MP7 sights; but with SMGs I hipfire mostly. I feel like I move too slow with ARs or LMGs.

I think the best is one of the above mentioned but the worst is the M60. I cant stand anything on my guns but iron sites and even after getting the M60 gold 4 or 5 times I cannot stand the irons.

They are so obstructive and block half of your view. I have to use marksman with it to stay on target.. Luckily it has great hip fire.

IRL I have killed more deer with my old 30-30 with iron sites then all of my other guns put together. That doesnt count coyotes, antlelope, crows etc. It was my great grandpas and my first high powered rifle. Sure wish I could put irons on one of the sniper rifles in the game.

IMO, it's the weapon you use the most. For me, that's the P90. I love the iron sight of that gun and can get easy headshots with it. Next for me would be MP7, prob. my second most used gun and then the PP90m1.

For me it's the FAD. Its a head hunting machine with the iron sights.

I like the m4's sights i could never put a scope on that gun the iron sight is pretty sweet just the way it is.

CM901 and SCAR-L for me with ARs, ACR isn't bad either. On the LMGs I love the L86 iron sights.

Haha, no! That thing was like $1600 I wanted to so bad and I had to get my girlfriend to tell me know. It was so beautiful

My grandpa owns a M1 Grand from the World War era. It's pretty sexy too, I've never fired it though

Did you buy it?! I'm afraid to visit gun stores...it seems everytime I go, I end up getting something lol! And I know what you mean about the size. It's a little shorter than the Garand, but still a bit heavier. I own a Garand, and shooting that, even in the prone position, will start to hurt after 50 rounds or so.

My favourite one is the MP9 sights. Reminds me of the TMP sights from MW2. So clean and easy to use. MP7 is another of my preferred iron sights.

I was fortunate enough to come across the exact same Mk14 that the game has at a local gun store. It was absolutely beautiful and the iron sites on the real model are exactly the same as the game has them. The only difference was the size of the gun. It was massive and incredibly heavy. Even for my size (6'4 240lbs) this gun was quite the challenge to hold ADS compared to other weapons I've handled

I agree with you ghamorra. the Mk14 has the best irons IMO. Not only is it easy to use, it is actually "correct", as it is directly modeled after the actual peep sights that are on this firearm in real life. I like the authentic feel it gives. In addition, this style of irons have been used since the Garand, its been tested throughout the years and has proved its worth and usefulness on the battlefield. It is a true masterpiece.
