The team at Beachhead has done their best to keep the community updated as to Clan Challenges. Please remember, when contacting support, they're unable to give you any information that isn't available publicly. Those agents are there for support questions only. As for the conversation, the agent handled it well. I apologize that he didn't provide you with the answer you were looking for.

i agree im so sick of hearing theres no answers. let us talk to the developers for a week or make them read the forums the developers need to see how unhppy the comunity is

maybe they should make the developers answer questions like this for a week, maybe then they would do some developing... obviously they have the time as nothing is obviously being developed other than excuses and fake apologies!
