Are head shot titles solely for snipers, or are they achievable for all guns?

I been using launchers and it never reset on mine.

You will still get it if you prestige. It wont reset.

Some Veteran weapon challanges are glitched and reset after each prestige. Most of the grenade launchers do.

I've been trying to get the 1000 head shot title with the MSR (the two gold skulls). I was wondering if I prestidge it resets the amount of headshots I get,(example, i get 900 head shots and prestidge, that number goes back to zero) or does it carry on? (example, 500 headshots before i prestidge, then i prestidge and get another 500)
