I've seen, observed, thought up, and analyzed perk systems and ideas from forums, blogs, and youtube videos. I've probably seen like over 50 Youtube videos about people's ideas, I have to say, most of them are well-thought, but they still make it broken, because they didn't seriously think it through on practice.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Another thing...being able to Feint your death, but can't shoot while in prone...don't you think that drop-shotting would be negated? Able to capture objectives faster...Treyarch already said that they have tried and failed, and decided that it was confusing when multiple players were on 1 objective. So they gave that idea up. If you really want to safely or quickly capture an objective, then find a good team!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;In my opinion, the new perk system that was leaked is nothing but BS. All of it's effects are differnt, BUT all of them are broken or just plain stupid. Whoever created that perk list doesn't even know what they're doing. That's what attachments are for. (Grip/Laser Pointer = Steady Aim, FMJ = Hardened)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Your perk list has alot of old perks with rearranged effects and not too many new effects. To keep CoD from getting stale, you need a handful of new effects. Here are some ideas.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;Lightweight Pro&lt;/span&gt; - Health regeneration is unaffected by movement (Health regenerates at same rate while moving as standing still.)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;Scavenger Pro&lt;/span&gt; - Picked up weapons are loaded with a full clip (so you dont have to reload as soon as you pick one up)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;Phantom Pro&lt;/span&gt; or &lt;span style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;Ninja Pro&lt;/span&gt; - Hit markers do not appear for enemies shooting you (they will still hear the distinct sound made when you are shot)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;Hardline Pro&lt;/span&gt; - Completion of ANY objective counts as two points toward your pointstreak.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;Body Count&lt;/span&gt; - Kills gotten with pointstreaks chain toward your next pointstreak. (Replaces Hardline, assuming pointstreaks don't chain already.)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;#160;&amp;#160;&amp;#160;&amp;#160; &lt;span style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;Body Count Pro I and II&lt;/span&gt; are same as Hardline Pro I and II in your list.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;Bladesman&lt;/span&gt; - Quicker melee recovery. (Replaces Steady Aim)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;#160;&amp;#160;&amp;#160;&amp;#160; &lt;span style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;Bladesman Pro I and II&lt;/span&gt; are same as Steady Aim Pro I and II in your list.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;Ignition Pro&lt;/span&gt; - Throw grenades further (straighter/at less of an ark) and direct impacts deal more damage. (Enough so that a direct hit with a Flashbang followed by the flash will kill someone at full health. Keep in mind that hitting someone with a flashbang is harder than using a Throwing Knife. This perk also makes Throwing Knives easier to use.)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;Sabetour Pro&lt;/span&gt; - Disable enemy Airdrop Traps and steal from enemy Duffel Bags (Such as Ballistic Vests. Replaces booby trapping crates. You don't get the Airdrop Traps' contents since it contained explosives anyway, but you are rewarded with a point toward your pointstreak and your allies won't fall for it later.)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;Brotherhood&lt;/span&gt; - Reveal allies that have taken damage (They appear as "HELP" rather than "REVIVE" on screen. Great for hardcore modes since this has same purpose as death markers but useless in FFA unfortunately)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;#160;&amp;#160;&amp;#160;&amp;#160; &lt;span style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;Brotherhood Pro I&lt;/span&gt; - Heal wounded allies (works same way as reviving fallen teammates, although you cannot actually revive fallen teammates with this - just heal them. Also, the same ally cannot be healed more than once within 5 seconds)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;#160;&amp;#160;&amp;#160;&amp;#160; &lt;span style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;Brotherhood Pro II&lt;/span&gt; - Relay the positions of enemies that kill you to your allies (similar to the Revenge deathstreak, but their position is only shown once and for a very brief moment. Only your allies can take advantage of this - not the player using this perk.)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Finally, what if Hacker was an equipment rather than a perk? It would be unlocked at a medium-high rank and only be able to hack maybe 2 devices per spawn? I always thought Hacker was a cool perk but it felt more like an extra ability rather than a simple perk. If so it should also have a counter, such as...&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;Firewall&lt;/span&gt; - Your equipment and pointstreaks are immune to EMP's and cannot be hacked.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;#160;&amp;#160;&amp;#160;&amp;#160; &lt;span style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;Firewall Pro I&lt;/span&gt; - Your air support cannot be locked onto by anti-air turrets. (such as SAM Turrets, but can still be locked onto manually with launchers)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;#160;&amp;#160;&amp;#160;&amp;#160; &lt;span style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;Firewall Pro II&lt;/span&gt; - Immune to CUAV, EMP, and Jammers.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;By no means does any of these suggestions have to be included in your list - these are just ideas.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:bf585246-e09d-4b9d-bc5f-d94df3a41380] --&gt;</description>

Pro - No red name or crosshair when targeted.&lt;br/&gt;Blind eye - Immune from AI controlled aerial kill streaks. Pro - Decrease enemy sentry range&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Quick Draw - Does not work with sniper rifles&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Hardened - Stay the same, but reduce bullet penetration when not using hardened&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Hacker - Sentries now deactivated with progress bar like hacker, using hacker hacks them instead&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;This would do for now... Maybe a massive black ops patch Treyarch? xD &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;But in the next cod get rid of perks that alter weapons characteristics, weapons are meant to be balanced, and have pros and cons. The reasons are, because this perk system has too many protections against equipment, so even if you camp, people would know where you are (except MW2, where you were able to combine Scavenger and Cold-Blooded and resupply everytime and the only counter was SitRep). Besides, they can ONLY earn the equipment IF and ONLY IF the fallen enemy had an equipment still in their inventory, but when do you see that? Rarely, because everyone uses their equipment. Same with grenades. To help prevent constant nade spams, you can only resupply them depending if the fallen enemy had Lethals or Tacticals left in their inventory. This also applies to the noobtubes, where the fallen enemy has to have any underslung attachment equipped when they died to replenish them.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Lightweight, Sleight of Hand, and Marathon combo isn't OP at all. If you think of Black Ops, you had that combo and it wasn't bad at all. Remember, don't look at the perks as if you will earn both pro versions, because you cannot. You can only choose 1 of these Pro abilties, so it's practically still having 1 base ability and 1 pro ability, except you have a choice for your pro.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:58603529-0c7f-4d73-ba04-d08757b743fa] --&gt;</description>

However, you shouldn't make abilities that allows you to hear others easier by removing friendly sounds when the perk you are trying to help is an ability for silencing yourself, not sounds. Keep thinking...&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;- You say that moving at 100% of the prone's normal speed and being able to fight back is OP, but you say that dropshotting isn't...there is something wrong with this theory, you do know that right?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;- &lt;strong&gt;Scout Pro+&lt;/strong&gt; will only mark the locations of units (e.g. dogs), airstrikes, and artillery. On top of that, just because his death icon is showing in some area it wont guaruntee that i will know where the enemy is or what direction they shot/ killed my teammate from.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Faking death would not negate drop shotting, You would simply go prone then either press a combination of buttons together and hold them, or maybe even just hold down L3? If faking death is not something you would like i would strongly suggest that you change the Pro + version to allow the player to silence friendly footsteps from the team... its A PAIN IN THE ASS to convince an entire team to use Ninja/ Dead Silence. If you use a headset, this perk is easlily one of the most powerful, as it allows you to hear almost exactly where people are, but when most of your team ISNT using it, then their footsteps can seriously throw you off. Veteran Ninja/ Dead silence users know exactly what im talking about.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I would also change Prowler Pro + and just make dropshots faster. But If you can shoot and move while Prone at 100% movement, than I can see this Pro perk being very NASTY on the battlefield. Other than that this perk system is ******* amazing, the BEST on the internet, and im going to go so far as to delcare these Official. Treyarch needs to pull their heads out of their asses and pay attention to your list bro. Its very solid.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I also had a question about Scout Pro +, does this mean you will be able to see EVERYTHING on your minimap? Dogs, UAVs CUAVs AUAVs rc helicopters, etc? Will UAVS and such show up glowing red in the sky just like if you were to use Sabeteur?? If this is true than awesome sauce.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I totally agree with you about the capturing objectives thing, because the developers did mention that. In Hardcore, there is no Killcam, so the perk would become useless, thus not really needing it in the game.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Besides, not everyone uses their Killcam. Most players usually skips it to get right into the fight, so that's also another reason why we don't need it.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;My quote: "If you're going to create a perk system, then you must always think about all gamemodes, not just Core, because everyone seems to forget about that."&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:a77beb47-a2e9-47d8-91d2-2e98333898c3] --&gt;</description>
