No children should not play this game at all. And if you do cheat you should just be banned! period.

This game has its moments but for those who have played worse it stands out.

Yea i agree with you, i also had the first atari consoles which played pong, with the big black rotary knob in the middle, my pops was an electronics fiend and it passed on to me, ive had numerous game consoles, comodore 64 computers, ibm computers running on 56k modems, lol (so slow) remember radio shack used to sell tandy computers?? I spent every dime i had on arcade machines ( galaga and rush n attack) teo of my favorite games, luckily i came across MAME ARCADE and had a machine built and was able to re live my childhood by trying to beat games i couldnt as a kid, lol i still cant beat em!!! Lol ive only been playing online ps3 for a couple years and absolutely love mw3 even tho i suck, it csn get frustrating when youre constantly gettn shot n killed eytime you respawn, but yes this game is not for young kids, but it seems to be infiltrated with them, thats my 2 cents, good luck all!!

It is the older people that make the game more fun. we play we poke fun, but for the most part it is not in defence or to piss somone off. more like giving your best friend a hard time.

I am a 41 yr old gamer who has played games before half the gamers nowadays where even born.

I find that SOME people maybe 20yrs my junior dont show older gamers any respect, as it was men in their 40s and 50s who designed games that paved the way for all the big titles now. Even on these forums i find that some young brats can be disrespectful because they disagree with my opinion. I am not saying EVERY young person is like that as ive had many mature sensible conversations and debates with pleasant like minded younger people.

Im not the best at MW3,but not the worst, although i do think that my reflexes are not as fast as a 21 yr old, so thats why i dont do good at mad rushing, run and gun style. I have tried but i am more comfortable with a slower cautious style of play, in otherwords more truier to real life. Ive only a 1.42 KDr after 10 prestiges, not the best but def not the worst either.

I have to say i am a 24 mother (of one) i love kids but am slowly havin my game life drained from me by the 12-16 bieber generation droning down my ears with ther're whining on how some one is a hacker cause they got killed i have been a avid gamer since i was 13 an never recall be snot nosed an obnoxious with it an have to say that in most instances now i will leave a lobby before entering a game with the collosal owe me one generation of teen gamers

I just remind those "kids" who tell me Im too old to game.

If it wasnt for us in our 30s and early 40s who dumped our XMAS and Bday money into an Atari or Intellivision back in the day, gaming would be where it is right now.

Remind them who makes these games. There isnt one 12 yr old coding a COD game (though it seems that way lately).

There isnt one 14 yr old running the distribution factory that ships the game.

There isnt one 15 yr old who delivers the games to teh stores.

There isnt one 13 yr old who oversees the Activision marketing dept.

Bobby Kotick isnt a 14 yr old pimple popper.

402 isnt a 13 rage quitter who squeaks on the mic about how bad you are at this game.

According to numerous resources, the avg age of gamers is 37 yrs old and has been playing longer than 12 yrs (http://www.theesa.com/facts/index.asp).

That means most of the children who bash us "elders" dont even know what Super Mario 3 is nevermind what a Turbographix16 or Sega Saturn is seeing as though they were in diapers when we were building an industry.

When i run though these FACTS to the children talking trash, they usually either quit due to embarassment or they shut up immediately as they have no idea about anything pre-pokemon.

I am 55 and still gaming my little heart out I started FPS before Al Gore invented the Internet and I don't think I will be stopping any time soon. Like you said it is stress relief nothing like killing digital representations of people I don't like... KILL THEM ALL

Hah ha, aaahhh hah hah ha ha...............you sir are merely a spring chicken, I've got children that are almost as old as you.

I remember a time when the only way to play pacman was at the bar.....had to lie about my age just to sit in there a play the dam game.

Do you remember commodore 64?

Actually, I still have my atari game system, favorite game was "food fight". Crap, I must have about 30 of those cartridge style plug in games, my thinking is that the systme and games will be worth something in the future but I doubt it.

I've been gaming since 1985. My mom got me an Atari 2600 with Space Invaders and Ms. Pacman. LOL!! Then a couple years later we scored the NES. Ive been gaming most of my life. I'm 32 years old going on 33 this year. I lost my competitive edge online beginning with MW2. I've played every Call of Duty campaign since the beginning. And Multi-player since Call of Duty 2. I used to focus on K/D ratio. Now I love going for the challenges in the barracks. It's definitely hard to compete with the younger generation these days. I don't know if it has to do with age, or just the fact I can't put in much time playing since I work and have 2 kids. Before I had kids and a significant other, I used to game for hours at a time. I love FPS and sports games.
