I dont think that your clan should have been disbanded since this game is suppose to be more people 18 and older along with elite so adults getting upset that some people curse on the game? Me personally I curse at people all game long if they deserve it. But I do agree there are worse names out there. If they are going to ban people for it then they shouldnt allow people to put them as their clan tag and such. everything about this game and elite are complete bullshit and I will be switching back to black ops

it is also bullshit that they can ban somebody super fast but everything else to make elite and the game better takes months to do

Man I came across this clan called white power I have nothing against any race as my clan has many different race's Black, White, Mexican, Canadian, ect. but during the lobby and game he bashed pretty much every one in the lobby on my team even the white guy in my party took offense to it. That's sad that clans can get reported and banned so easy when thereare hate clans out there bashing people. We were just having a conversation and they popped in going on about blacks and so on but I do appreciate the mute button

Actually, I believe that a lawsuit will gain you naught. It comes down to the ELITE Code of Conduct (which we have all agreed to) having that issue covered. I haven't actually read said legalese jargon, but I'm betting that "offensive" clan tags and names are not allowed. (Offensive is, of course, something subjective that differs from person to person-- but you apparently ran afoul of enough people who did find it offensive that you got banned.) I think your tag was somewhat funny. But I also would bet good money that ELITE has you caught under a cleft stick. The only recourse you have in my eyes? Start up a new clan from scratch and this time choose a tag that people cannot accuse of being offensive. Learn your lesson. Or, quit, be mad and don't buy ELITE 2.0... but don't threaten things that are plain silly.

they need to give out warnings or just remove the clan tag and name and have you rename it instead of just herp a derp delete. it just shows how lazy they are that with any minor problem they will delete a clan

your "99 clan members" will just have to start a different clan (i suggest clan BIRD or maybe clan MOM) and wait to level up like the rest of us while beachhead continues to sit on the money we've already paid for a service that hasn't worked appropriately from day one. SORRY! (fyi, xbox live banned my account for a day for having the word p_imp in my profile. if that's not even more ridiculous i don't know what is.)

if you're mad at anyone, you should be mad at your peers in the community for being little whiners and crybabies.

i remember the good old days of playing unreal tournament on my PC where i could be appropriately uncensored and little kiddies didn't cry about names or WORDS. you can always just mute them, block them, or JUST DON'T PAY ATTENTION.

of course, back then, little kiddies didn't play video games that condone military tactics and murder. hmmmm. wonder if i still have the 5-disc cd-rom installation set for UT??? my current PC would wail on that old 1ghz machine.

my point is, it's a video game. i know you payed 30 bucks or whatever for the service. oh well.. the dooped you. what's thirty bucks in the grand scheme of your life? the old saying goes... "fool me once, chame on you, fool me twice, shame on me." i hear whispers about ELITE v2.0. NOT BUYING IT.

I don't see anything wrong with your clan tag. Bi_tch is not a profane word, much less BtcH, which could have been a clan of dikes calling themselves Butch for all we know. But even if it was Bi_tch, what's wrong with that? A female dog is somehow condemned while a male canine, Dog, isn't. That's sexist! If Bi_tch isn't allowed in the COD community, then neither should D_og.

Really and trully. Beachhead made a good choice but the strictest choice in banning your clan. I do feel that your clan should not have been banned permanently. You should have been banned for a few days and had all your clan xp reset to level 0.

Then again you have to think from a woman point of view, It is not that funny

But at the end of the day this was your fault. I think you tried to be funny and it backfired big time. It was a poor decision by you and the fact that 99 people actually joined your clan even with your clan name is just pure stupidity.
