time to give this more viewing, this is a great topic btw and needs to keep going

Ive had a quick look down the comments, i have to agree that we do need the ability to message people from the clan list

also i agree with a co leader type system for clans so you can give others a bigger responsibility within the clan

accepting applications

kicking people

sending invites

enlisting in challenges

change clan title

Co leaders shouldnt be able to - delete clan, change/promote/demote co-leader, kick co-leader or clan leader, change clan name/tag

i agree in game we need to be able to send messages to clan members via the clan member list. also a back to top button on the clan list like there is on the friends list would be great.

Not to be argumentative but I gotta say, while most of DLC is Bad, I did Like Overwatch adn Black Box and Don't mind Piazza, but only in Certain Modes, Liberation has it's Strong Points but not really worth the Price of Admission, Oasis is not too bad, but the F* Off Maps are not really working for me... Vortex is probably the Exception, but only from an Asthetic, more then a Playing Prespective, in the End I Paid for Full Maps not Half Size Maps...

I would like to add, that all the DLCs are horrible, the only good one was the free Terminal DLC. Why no gun DLC? THAT would of been sweet.. SMH

I have to agree with my friend, elite. We have been playing together since Black Ops and formed our FSU clan in Black Ops. Now in our elite clan, we want to be able to both be recognized as the leaders. I would love to see a ranking system, because other members deserve to be elevated above others based on their participation and skill. Beachhead, please just respond back to us on how this co-leadership is developing. I believe that thousands, if not all clans would have co-leaders and use the division system. Thanks

I definatley want co-leaders. I realize this is also six months afterwards, but there is always someone on goole who types these things in and finds these conversations. Anyways, I am also a "co-leader" with my best friend. We definatley share the leadership by recruiting everybody and discussing everything related to the clan. It is frustrating to me because I truely and one the best and lead my team in all clan ops, domination, kill confirm, death match, Core, Hardcore. It would be nice to get some recognition for contributing so much. I believe a tier would be great, but I wouldm't want to be an "officer", those are a great idea though! Please add the option of adding another leader. Now for a tier I think it should be set up by having you leaders act as "generals", then, majors, captains, or Lts. Differnt idea, but I would definatley love see a multi leaders with captains or so. I believe that thousands of others want this too, but do take time to comment on things like this or bother looking them up. Beachhead, lets do something in this category. Thankyou.

Clans of 200 people? Are you insane? My clan got up to 100 a couple of times, and I will tell you now... Don't. It's a nightmare trying to track 99 other people in any means. I have since weeded out the non-participants (finally) and we're down to 76-- which is bad enough. But my God, man. 200? OH HELL NO. Please never make this suggestion again. Besides... even if you have all your guys going, only 3% of them would even COUNT? Nah. Not good.

i am clan leader of killer 7 on ps3

we need to be able to have a co leader or captain or some kind of clan heirarchy

we need to be able to communicate effectively(sending mass messages on psn is just time consuming

and the remove cooments at our discretion

With being a leader of a small 25+ member clan I would love a co-leader. Considering there are a few members that sit in front of a computer all day as I do not, and they could help with recuriting and registering for clan ops. I already have 100 friends and are constantly having to delete someone because there is a HUGE lack of comminucation through elite

Its been WAAAAY to long and we need some real changes! :end rant: going to bed.

Yeah...clan officers seems like a good idea, so they can enlist my clan in operations and invite others to the clan while I'm unavailable.

hey Dude i agree with everything you have said, im the leader of xXDRTYXx a team pushing very close to our max numbers, So as a leader of one of the biggest clans on the planet, (since we are limited to 100) I would like the allowable numbers for each clan to be raised to 200 min as all the big teams will agree we get at least 5-10 people a day asking to join. Also im a big supporter on adding the promotion control, i.e captains and vice and so on.

Yeah I know about that, I just had to Send out 62 Messages (I have 63 Members), and that meant both Sending some Directly, 12 at a time, but I aslo had to put in Individual Members PSN/SEN's as well as they are not on Friends List, some coz thy choose not to, some coz they have 100 Friends already.

i also had to send different Messages sas some Members are already actively on FB/Forums and Some are only on One or the other and still others are on Neither and I don't think they evne play anymore, so it's a complete mess, so I also want to know when people have Last played, it's all well and good that it only logs Ten Days but that requires going to each Members Career Page adn that can take Farkin Hours, when do I get time to Live if I'm checking over 20 People's Career Pages Everydayt o seee if they play, just having a Small bit of Text that says last time they played would be prefect.

Another thing is, now this is In-Game, have a way to inform people of what Extra's, Restriction, ETC have been activated in a Private Match, sometimes my mic is Flat and it's hard to tell everyone I've only allowed Shotguns or Sniper Rifles or Headshots Only.

(Side note: if you ever set up a Snipers only Turn off Machine Pistols or Everyone who sucks at Sniper will use them, you might also wanna turn of Launchers, but Leave Pistols, as you will need something to fall back too).

You can send a message to 12 friends at once on PSN. I know not what your looking for but might help you.

For the most part, we are a family clan, but a few are not family members but people we've played with since mw2. but I refuse to give out my password, or my phone number to people that i have never seen face to face.

I understand what you are saying but I find the best way to run a Ranking Structure is by having it as loose as Possible, for the most part the Generals only have in game Authority during Clan v Clan and Clan Ops (sort of), outside of that it is only small things they can control, it's not like they can just boss people around. They mostly just help me to set up Forums and Moderating them as well as other Tasks that Push clan Forward.

While Elite has clans, it was never meant to be a true hub for your clan. A LEGIT clan has their own site. There are plenty of sites that allow you to create a forums for your clan for free. From there, you can organize and communicate. Demanding all this from Elite is ridiculous. IMO, be careful what you ask for. My clan has no rank structure and those of you asking for one are gonna be in a world of hurt. There'll be dissention and jealousy you wouldn't believe. Alot of clans are going through this as we speak and it's hilarious.

Well at this Stage I've found using a Forum has allowed much much more cntrol, I have Appointed 2 Generals (1 more coming up the line) and I'm hoping ot have soem Specialists soon, I have a Full Ranking chain with Different delegations of Responsibilities adn I've made a lot of Progress, I curretnyl Split it this way

I find Elite is Totally Useless so I just use it for the few things only it has like Inviting Clan Members and to Enlist in Clan Ops. i find I still get asked questions and like, so it does get used for that from time to time.

I use Facebook for chatting and such, it's at this stage a Social Forum, I post Generals Tests through it and such which is about the most sophisticated it gets.

I now have a Forum and i use it to delegate Tasks and to run the Clan as Efficently as I can manage, it is the True Heart fot he Clan and where i leave important messages and information, such as Clan Training/Match times, vids on Tactics adn Equipment, Clan Ranks and such.

In this way I find while it sucks to have multiple Tabs open it is Most Efficnet way to communicate and organise.
