I am seeing this where my name should be when I log in on my elite page. My friends and I also see it on elite from ps3. If I post a comment on elite it will post it but my name says unknown. I am on a phone and won't be to a computer for a few days but will try to get a screenshot. And send it where exactly?

Where are you seeing this? Can you send us a screenshot so we can see what's going on?

The problem appears also in my clan feed and dashboard.

How can I fix this?
