Thank you very much for the info. I'm 2 lvl away from prestige again. I guess I won't be holding my breath on my MP7. Good thing I didn't bother to get the gold camo for it. I'd be upset for waste my time.

The only challenge you will keep is the prestige challenges for kills and headshots everything else resets as far as weapons are go, and other than the weapon challenges you also get some prestige challenges that don't reset.

To all MW3 fans,

Hi! I know this is kind of a newbish question and I probably will find out myself sooner or later. I just wanted to know the answer before-hand.

Question: Will I be able to retain all my challenges after I unlock and gear then Prestige?

Say, I unlocked a gear, ex MP7. After playing for a while I'm at lvl80 again and ready to prestige. I wanted to know if I will be able to keep all the challenges I've done for the unlocked MP7 if I prestige.
