What we all have to realize is that we payed good money for a dud service, and they cant be such tools for not giving what was promised. Hopefully if you already had elite this year, you get elite 2.0 for free

I understand that things can go wrong and unexpectd things can happen, but that ELITE crap has turned into a scam IMO. First, they brag about it being baked into MW3. Then it crashes on night one of release because they did not expect so many users. Its COD dumbass. Let me give you a hint. MW1...over 14 million copies. MW2 made half a billionin the first week and became the biggest entertainment release EVER. BO beat out MW2 with over 25 millions copies sold. WTF did you expect from MW3!?!? You could at least planned to support half of the BO numbers. Common sense. Then most of the premium features do not, still dont, and probably will not work or be available until the next COD. So you are writing them off as "new" features in ELITE 2.0. I feel premium members should be compensated in the way of a free one year membership when 2.0 drops. Oh and another thing. I dont feel that new prestiges should even count as DLC in the first place. How about dolly cams? How about making community lists for One In The Chamber, Gun Game, etc? How about giving me the features BO came with. I never cared too much for BO, but it did shine in some places. In short, they lied to us to push sales of MW3 and it makes since, but there will be backlash. If ELITE was not complete, then do not release it. You claim it crashed, but that implies that all the features worked before hand. Did anyone create a clan and complete a clan challange or operation before the crash? I pretty damn sure the answer is hell no. We were sold an incomplete product much like MS did with the XBOX. At least they offered a 3 year warranty in the end. In a sense, ELITE is worth it simply for the DLC discount. However, I was expecting more being a premium member that stood in line at the midnight release to pick up a reserved Hardened Edition. So in short...its now just a clever scam to me that was created to maintain sales and loyalty because it truth, the franchise has become stale. MW3 is fun, but truthfully its only 2.5.

i agree here, i noticed on elite, if you are viewing a tenth prestigers profile there is another prestige emblem in the background, so hopefully the new prestiges come feb 21st

i agree here, i noticed on elite, if you are viewing a tenth prestigers profile there is another prestige emblem in the background, so hopefully the new prestiges come feb 21st

I'm also getting sick of this entire dumb elite thing, it really sucks, no clan ops which should be implemented from the start. Those stupid dlc drops also suck, first they tell us we get 20 times dlc but not saying it is only 1 map per dlc, so now only 12 mp maps will arrive and 8 stupid specops maps which are no fun at all. The playlist also sucks with the new maps, i cannot even play ffa in the new maps, what is this?? So i prefer playing the old playlist, so elite = waste of money!! I have never been negative about a cod at all since this year. I wished activision never hired these bunch of amateurs call beachhead. I'm also considering to write a letter to activision and open a website to collect signatures, imo beachhead are a bunch of amateurs which have to be closed immediately, they stole 50 euro's from us and misleaded millions of people, they are criminals and we have to demand our money back!!

Your answer is absolutey WRONG. Beachhead has NO where said that Clan Ops is coming on Feb 21st. Clan Ops is still in testing, and once it is done, then the will give a release date. Dont post random stuff you dont know about. For the Title Update- Rob has already said to expect it coming w/ the DLC cause it has to update MW3 to support new DLC.

We are sorry for the delay in Clan Operations. We know how much you wish to participate in them and level up your Clan and we realize it has taken some time. However, we will be releasing them soon if you have a little bit more patience. We expect new information in the coming weeks and it should be available soon. As seen on this page: http://community.callofduty.com/thread/200396837, it is in the testing phase to ensure everything will be working properly once it is released. Sorry I couldn't give you an exact date.

LOL COD MW3 will be dead n unplayed by the time elite is fully functional. (If ever) 5 More prestiges? What a joke. They would never have been needed if the dbl xp was attainable from the start, 10 prestiges with 80 levels, and the ability to reset should have been all we needed. But you f'd up n didnt get your clan challenges out n realized the dbl xp was worthless now. So we get 5 more rounds to waste time.

7th prestige n im allready over it. Black ops however still remains fun after being 15th for nearly 2 years. way to fail.

I am in a similar boat. I'm in a clan of around 5-6 of us, and we're all just good mates who play for fun. It was my brother and I who really pumped up Elite to the other guys. We were both going on about how we'll be able to have our own clan, level it up and get in-game benefits. It's all a little disheartening- and this series has been my favorite gaming franchise for many years now.

On the topic of deserving answers, come on Beachhead. I see you on here answering other topics, why not clarify this for us? Why are Clan Ops no longer listed as coming soon? I have also tweeted you guys 3 times...

i've never been so dissapointed in COD before..... We all RUSH to get "PREMIUM" to wait for maps ALREADY released on x-box and Never get an update on Clan Ops..... Most of us who went out on day one and got the game are already on 10th prestiege. We wait and wait yet nothing is done. a lawsuit for selling us an incomplete product is starting to sound more realistic then them releasing clan ops or "WHAT WE PAID FOR" Oh and Elite 2.0= LLLOLLL ... fool me once SHAME on you... FOOL me twice SHAME on ME!

As a clan leader that is looking forward to the clan operations and is constantly faced with clan members asking when we will be competing, I feel that the community is entitled to some sort of constant updates about the status.

At what point does it go from ELITE being non functional to ELITE being a complete scam? I understand we get the DLC free but most CoD players expect to buy the DLC as it is released, not prepay for it when the game is released.

I think the community is entitled to some updates and questions being answered. We are loyal customers that have been waiting for this product for months. It is time we are told where they are at in development/testing and when we can expect what we paid for and have waited on since November.

I believe that clan operations won't be coming any time soon, and I'm okay with that just so long as they release the 5 extra prestiges when they release the DLC or map on Feb 21st. At least it'll give us something to do until clan operations are functional.
