As for myself this is the first COD that is have maxed out in. Right now I have 12 hours on and I am prestige 10 level 49. I used some dew xp and my clan is level 27. I did not token glitch, all legit. I also have 2200 wins, no I did not dash board. My clan and I play a lot of drop zone. My thing is there is no incentive for me to go the extra 5 levels. The titles look like crap and the emblems look like crap. I could care less if I have a gold 10 emblem with a 5 on it or not. They had really better sweeten the deal before I hit the button 5 more times. I have a friend who reset at 10-80 and the biggest disappointment for him is he mind as well have just bought the game. I know you can make your stats better but why reset like you never played it before. It takes away your leader board stats worldwide too. I just don't see what they are doing with all this. How about they give us the clans ops like we were promised instead of doing this other stupid crap.

Yes how do you mean?

Let's say it takes anywhere between 7-12 days gametime to get there, and the game has been out for 4 months or so now- that's HEAPS of time to get there. Not to mention that this is the easiest COD to level up on ever, so why is it unreasonable for someone to hit 10/80 by now?

At this point 10ths mostly seem like skilled hackers, boosters and cheaters. Scarred from previous cods, I suppose.

By prestige 10 you have had more than enough opportunity to unlock all available extra Custom Classes...

I personally went to Prestige 10 because it is the "Top" prestige and I play a lot. If I was a Casual and I din't play a lot, then I would probably have done the same as you, and gotten my extra classes and stayed put...

There is an element of scare tactics involved in going 10th as plenty of n00bs still think that prestiging to 10th takes skill rather than playtime...

You still hear now in Matchmaking people saying things like"Oh no we're going to get smashed, there's 3 10ths on the other side". Of course this is a misconception as Prestige has no link to skill level whatsoever, but it is a good thing to start a match when the opposition already feel that they are going to lose you know?

I don't want to insult the community base who enjoy prestiging but I don't see why you need more prestiges (unless you require those prestige tokens to complete all custom classes)

The reason I prestiged 14 times in BLOPS was for Gold Guns.

In MW3, I stopped at 3rd Prestige just to use all tokens on custom classes.

Apart from custom classes, I don't see the big deal in prestiging.

If your main reason to prestige is because you get bored, may I ask if during one prestige, you've ranked up all weapons to gold status, completed the title/emblem challenges or achieved all pro perks?

Or is prestiging 10+ times a scare tactic? (which shouldn't be considering the higher prestiged player doesn't equal the most "skilled")

Give us 5 or 10 extra CUSTOM CLASSES...

I am with you, I have been 10th for a while now and am going through all the challnges but it is all going to be wasted when they bring out the new prestiges.

The amount of points I have earned would be enough to go through nearly all the new 5 prestiges. What a shame they have left it so late, they should have done it like black ops and made it 15 prestiges from the start.

I'm guessing that it does. That'll be why you don't mind the extra prestiges...

Some of us have been 10/80 since last year and have been collecting Gold Guns, Pro Perks, and Challenges since then all in vein...

I made 10/80 in about 10 days game time. Since then I have spent another 10+ days game time collecting all of my good stuff. If I prestige again, then that last 10+ days will be flushed away...

Nice going IW...

Unless of course they credit me with all of the XP I've earned since 10/80ing and make me a 20/80 seeing as that is where I'd be...

PS, I didn't use any double XP at all. My levelling up was totally legit. No boosts, Mountain Dew, Doritos, etc... whatsoever...

i am a legit 10, used the mountain dew 2x xp and some of my prestige tokens. i want the extra prestiges, they do need to reset the cheaters though.

Instead of adding new prestige levels, they should reset the stats of users that abused the prestige token glitch. I see so many people on elite who have more than 15 days of double xp...

The only reason this is being done is because of all the Elite users complaining that double and triple xp clan rewards will be useless by the time the clan operations go live because they are all maxed out as am I. Personally I think it's a lazy attempt to mollify the upset folks. Yes I know all thearguments about getting DLC at a reduced rate but for me it's very disappointing. I actually bought this Elite because I was most excited about the clan operations. I for one will not renew the subscription.

This is the first COD i prestige, and i was thinking on going to te top to 10th. (im currently 5th as i dont have that much time to play) but now that they are going to add another 5 prestiges... i think ill stop at 7th when i got all my custom classes... i dont think i have the patience to do it all over again that many times.

im happy bro... ill be more happy to get #MOARHARDCORE modes added to elite playlists so i can play on the DLC maps...

ive been 10th lvl 80 since end of january... have almost 10 gold guns.. running out of things to keep me interested... MOARPRESTIGE PLEASE
