I don't care or get mad they get stuff before ps3, nor did i assume we get it the same time when we have elite. Well simple i was aware of the contract and well little common since. Why there has to be post after post about this same subject is beyond me.

I don't know if anyone else has replied to this post but when i clicked on the link in your post. This is what your 4th paragraph says

THE CONTENT DROPS WILL BE AVAILABLE ON ADDITIONAL PLATFORMS (that means PS3) AT A LATER DATE. Your own arguement just pissed on itself. Have a wonderful day and thank you for the paragraph I can now go and post on all the other PS3 whiners posts.

only issue i have had is with this one. The non elite getting it prior to paid elite is bs imho. They already full filled their contract through the other means.

If this was true then all xbox 360 players that don't have elite could not buy your collection 1. You need to reword it to show that xbox non elite still get the maps prior to ps3 elite players. On that one page they don't mention console.

Also they do full fill their agreement with XBOX 360 if they give their Elite users first grabs. They do not have to offer it to non elite players prior to PS3 players. The agreement is based off of allowing the system first access to the maps. XBOX is given first access to these maps but they have to be paid for. The gamer is given a choice of paying for the maps prior by having elite or not. Therefore they can give it to PS3 players prior to non elite XBOX players.

As for you pay for XBOX service that has nothing to do with any argument with this. This is all about a contract that XBOX has with IW.

non Elite Xbox get it march not april.

Peoples main gripe is the fact that nothing was said either way regarding dlc and elite still being under the agreement as this is a complete new type of service.

The agreement has to have been changed either way if Elite PS3 guys get it befor non Elite xbox guys as they are getting it before so something should have been said if the agreement has been changed.

but the gripe is the lack of communication from the devs and publisher they know the schedule but wont say ie whether ELITE will get it before Non ELITE the faq says elite members get it first on their console which can be interperated as non ELITE Xbox users could get it before ELITE PS3 users

Talking out my ass? Really? It's a fact that Microsoft signed a 2 year contract for exclusive rights for first dibs on DLC for COD. It's also a fact that all this was said at E3 before the game was released. It's a fact that there's almost 3 million more users registered on XBL than there is on PSN (10.4 million vs 13.07 million). As for the DLC drops, thats not confirmed, but heavily rumored on all of the forums I've been reading. Actually, a rep from Activision did an interview stating "Somewhere along the way, they convinced themselves that paying for an Elite subscription some how invalidates an exclusivity contract with Microsoft". So please, tell me how I'm talking out my ass?

We (Xbox) get the DLC first because of the contract with Activision. Activision and Microsoft signed that contract beacause, from what I've heard, is there's a lot more players on Xbox, so they cater to a larger group of people first. The contract is up at the end of the year, but I dont see why they wouldn't sign another one, as it has apprently served them well in the past. DLC drops will go down like this:

1st~Xbox Premium Elite

2nd~PS3 Premium Elite (rumored for Feb, +2nd drop for Xbox)

3rd~Xbox Non Premium Elite (+2nd drop for PS3 Premium, 3rd for Xbox Premium in March)

4th~PS3 Non Premium Elite (+3rd drop for PS3 Premium, 4th for Xbox Premium end of March or beginning of April)

....and so on in that fasion. I hope this helps. Sorry for you PS3 users who feel duped, but all this information was given at E3, which was held before the game was released.

New DLC maps are available for ELITE Premium members first. You can become a Premium member by purchasing a subscription through the in-game store or console application. Similar to Map Packs, X360 Premium members will receive their DLC before PS3 Premium members. All Call of Duty ELITE Premium members will receive a steady stream of content released monthly for 9 months through the DLC season, and they will also receive their DLC before non-premium members on their console. THIS HAS BEEN COPIED AND PASTED

Robert bowling has been lying since he joined but dont blaim him he can only do or say what he is aloud to say which is what infinity ward let him.LOL which is pretty gay. but ps3 have been scammed off since black ops and to be honest im completely sick of it so good bye infinity ward games im never buying one again and btw people i dont like disagreements so dont post it if its stupid and immature

Elite is a service across two platforms. We were charged the same price IN ADVANCE for the same content. If XBOX PREMIUM users get the content first due to some previous contractual agreement then thats that. BUT if XBOX NON PREMIUM users get the DLC before PREMIUM PS3 users then that is totally unacceptable.
