COD has run its course, now its all about getting as much money from us as the devs can, as fast as they can. Before everyone figures out that the game is a fail. No support, not banning of cheaters, everyone using modded controllers, ect... This has ruined what used to be the best game on xbox. But like I said before, its about money now so no one at activision cares if we have a complaint or problem. They just go on about their normal days, dont even look at email for support or questions or problems, dont look at list of people that good players turn in for people cheating. Im sure they just sit and laugh about it as their wallets get fatter. COD is why I sold my xbox, I was that pi$$ed off over MW3 and the whole elite crap, that never worked from day one. Ive wasted so much money and time on this game and for what, nothing, but greife. Playing on pc now, no drama, no cheating, no lag, no problems, and support people that actually listen. Yea they are all about the money too, but I dont feel so crappy about spending money because they actually do listen to their players and fix problems. Im sure people will have nice things to say about this post but I could care less, this game sucks, cod sucks, xbox sucks. I havent missed playing one day since I sold it. Glad to be free from COD.

Activision is the king of killing off franchises. Guitar Hero, Tony Hawk Pro Skater, etc.

Well considering that CoD4 was a fluke success, is anyone really surprised that any of the CoD games suck?

Medal of Honor was king during the single player fps era, but they too adulterated the franchise and had to take a few years off from releasing another title. I think CoD should do the same and not release a title for a few years.

I agree, I don't think I've ever seen a franchise game release titles as quickly as Activision does with CoD

Metal Gear Solid: 5-6ish years
Elder Scrolls: 5-6ish years
Mortal Kombat: 2-3ish years
Halo (main series): 3-4ish years

Games take a long time to develop and make right. They go through a lot of testing, or at least they're suppose to. I have yet to learn of a CoD that actually was released without having a major game ruining glitch like hiding in tanks or walking under maps

This is my greatest fear about BO2. The game may be fantastic, but if it is unplayable due to matchmaking and extreme lag, I will be VERY upset.

ULTRA like. there are so many hundreds of millions of people that have and will always say that phrase completely backwards. 'could care less' isn't saying anything. think about it. saying that you could not care less is what you mean to say.

to get on topic, i honestly think this game is pretty good. not really sure why they kept deathstreaks in, but besides that, the matchmaking and netcode are HORRID. not really any way to completely or even mostly fix either of those things, though.

Three words, World at War. W@W is a much worse game, it was a bunch of confused people in a room not knowing what they wanted. Plus it has terrible hit detection on top of all the other stupid, stupid things it has and doesn't have. That game is a train wreck.

MW2 has it's problems yes, but if you where to fix the lag soooo many of them go away leaving a game that brought us some great weapons and perks as well as some cool killstreaks and the specialist package (one of the greatest things to develop in COD). Most of the maps are terrible, but, they told you before this MW even came out they where going to be that way in an effort to help new players. I totally 100% dissagree with the map design and philosophy behind the MW3 maps, and it only leads to more camping and a worse spawn system anyways. These things being said, still some alright ones in there.

Then all we're really left with are some unbalanced weapons, but every COD has those. I think they go out of their way to put them in, there is no explanation other than that for how consistently it happens, and how despite releasing countless patches and being the easiest things to change, they never do.

I won't sit here and say that they didn't **** up as the money grabbing, wallet raping whores they are... because they f*cked up. But good to bad ratio wise thise game beats the sh*t out of W@W with a pillow case filled with bars of soap and sock filled with AA batteries.

Yes I do and I could care less but that is worth more effort than they put into making a game run as smooth as its predecessor.

As I have said any many threads, the game is a good game. My main problem is the matchmaking and horrible host lag and lag for people that connect well to the host. That is the main problem because we have to play online for the multiplayer exerience we are used to.

I could care less if someone likes me or the complaints about this game. I paid for it on two consoles. I have my rights. I will excercise. As far as where to post ummm...I have PS3..so I am in the tight place.

As far as what someone doesnt like and others do agree or not..I am and have continually been about the Matchmaking since day 1 when this forum opened. Other things here and there, but mainly about the functioning and performance of online, not I want this gun to stay this way because I can easily with it.

Fair point. I am not trying to be the forum police. I just see countless threads with people complaining about the game. Not in a respectful way stating their problem. They just complain. If you are having problems, then sure, discuss them on here. But discuss them, not rage in them.

I like this game. Its not good as CoD4, but its better than MW2 in my opinion. Sure thi game has problems like lag and deathstreaks, but if you look pass that, its a great game.
