They got it very easy... the game only had a couple months at that time.. most of the people were low prestiges..

Then he should introduce himself as such. Everyone knows how great (and professional) Candice is. The way this post just becomes "revived" after a couple of months and he throws that out there, does not make it sound like he's really in any official capacity.

Also if he is Stache then why did he simply say he was "in the enforcement clan". Stache IS an employee of IW. This Jonny does not say he is an employee. Is there a possibility? Sure. But that leads to question why he doesn't have a developer account? And if so, why not introduce himself. I'm sure people here would love to know him as they do Candy.

If someone is employed by Activision or IW. They have an official title on this forum such as Dev or Moderator. Just because they are friends with someone or claims to be someone does not mean they are.

No such Gamertag. But her FREIND has a Gamertag named "Ban Stache" but nothing their states he works or is employed by IW or Activision.

None of the names you have shown that anyone Officially works for IW or Activision. Now of course Banstaches community page is harder to find since he doesnt have a post to link to his name. But does THAT say hes a Acti or IW employee. Even if it does it still doesnt link the two.

Just because someone for example is a Xbox Live Ambassador doesnt mean they have any pull at Microsoft nor are they employed by them.

Post that twitter link though please.

For example on of the people in my freinds list has this....

Member of IW Enforcment clan (note) Not affiliated with IW or Activison.

Notice the word CLAN and not TEAM or PET. Otherwise MS will very likely make him change it.

All it means is his CLAN likes to report cheaters in the game. But you notice that he knows to state he doesnt work for them. As well as the fact he doesnt insinuate he works for them.

Even though this person I am quoting is a great guy, all he does is report people for a hobby. Not a job.

Point is. It doesnt matter if he became freinds with them. I became freinds with them over the past few years. Doesnt mean I can claim I work as any kind of enforcer.

BanCandy answers all my replies within two hours so does that mean I can claim I wok for IW Enforcement ?

So tell me if you know him then what is his IW job title ?

Does his Gamertag claim he works for IW ? I bet Microsoft would mark him "code of conduct" in an instant.

If he is one, his tag must be significantly different from his username. I happen to have the link to the list of enforcers, and am familiar with 7 of the 12 members, and know their UN here too. Hmmmm

No where in that title does it say he works for IW. If he is online and he even suggests he is in enforcement he can be banned permanently off of the game.

If he DID work for IW then it would say " IWOnlineServices" on his forum name for example. Like the IW PETs have under their name.

All he stated was that he was a member of a clan called

[BAN!] clan) but he still has to watch out not mentioning he works for them if he doesnt.

All he is doing is spending time sending messages to BanCandy and hunting down cheaters. He is just a glorified booster buster but nothing else.

No offense jonny. One thing I hate more is someone pretending to be an employee of MS or Activision, etc when all they are is a gmaer who hates boosters.

Its not a wise idea to act like you work for IW. People have gotten banned from XBL that way.

Just because you send messages to BanCandy doesnt mean you have any more power than the rest of us.

But yes I hate boosters and cheaters just the same. They got their two notices and accepted BOTH agreements. The one from Microsoft and the one from Activision. The one from Microsoft should be more than enough.

If you think THIS policy is unfair then maybe you people who cheat should read the MS terms you agreed to. You can get banned from XBL permanently for cheating and have everything gone.

Glitching= Cheating. Who cares what the punishment is, you shouldn't be doing it in the first place. Play the game its meant to be played and don't abuse things that aren't purposefully placed in the game.

I think they should have had harsher punishments for those who abused the glitch.

Thing is everyone that plays this game agreed to the CoC . If you cheat in the game then you have to except the punishment.

Really what does anyone need with 600 tokens?? It's beyond belief if you don't glitch,cheat or boost then why should anyone care what happens to these scum bags a permanent ban would be fine with me. It might actually deter some people from cheating in the first place.

honestly? there are worse things going on out there than the token glitch. all the token glitch even does is allows you to buy more than one thing on one prestige instead of having to prestige again everytime only to unlock one thing in the first place.

jonny702 I agree there is nothin wrong with the punishment( needs to be more in my opinion).but since you are a "IW Community enforcer "why is there still so many of the token glitchers still playin? ive had 4 in the last month try to join my clan.I refused to let them in and sent all theyr names to bancandy and Elite_help and they are all still playing with the 20 days + double xp..also I reported a clan that 8 players where boosting a clan op ( team of 6 and two on the other team that didnt shoot one bullet the whole game for 3 games)and they are still up and running..What are you doing to clans that boost clan ops?

I'm not sure what part people find so severe?? The reset? Well the stats are padded, weapons and equipment were used that they shouldn't have had, which enabled the score to move up quickly, get more kills and fewer deaths and level up faster. Not to mention the thousands of days of double xp these people gave themselves. So yes, a stat reset is needed. I don't think anyone could provide a worthwhile argument against that.

And the ban? well just because you know about a way to cheat doesn't mean you have to do it. It is obvious that this practice was not intended by Infinity ward. Many of these token glitchers boost and cheat in other ways too. It all boils down to the CoC which is titled "how to get banned" anyone that did this must have known there were potential consequences. Anyone who didn't think there could be any consequences, well that's just silly.

I'm an IW Community enforcer ([BAN!] clan) and I don't think there is anything wrong with the punishment.... could be worse, it could be a kill/win/rank reset
