you mean clan challanges theres clan ops every friday sat and sun for usually hc kill confirmed hc teamdeath match dom kill confirmed tdm etc

I think that they should be giving everyone alot of double xp for this crap we have to deal with everything is messed up clan ops is the worst and there should be other ways to lvl up your clan if your a small clan you get the shaft but this **** is a joke

I solved the problem!!!! Scrap this fraudulent service and refund our money!! You and I both know that this "product" launched about 1 year too soon. You know what, I don't even want a refund!! Keep the cash but please get rid of Elite. It is a joke.

I agree with this 100%. Why wasn't it working on release date? Why does the development have to continue during final product paid for at the store stage. This is wrong.

Am I the only person who paid for this in November and wondering why the F@#K it wasnt all done then before we paid for it?

You would'nt pay for Sofa just to be told you could'nt sit on it for 6 to 12 months.

Simple Formula for you, DONT SELL SOMETHING THAT DONT WORK.

You can sweet talk us all you want, but it dont change the fact that nearly 6 months later & we still dont have what we paid for!

clan ops what a joke they had 1 clan match which i took part in yes i have finally got my 250xp for bronze and that was the last i have seen of them theres been no sign of anymore clan ops matchs but it says on the top of the page on elite that there alive, so where are they then for fs sake. ive had no quarrels so far im not some hardcore player and i do play in the lone wolf comps dont do great but its just a game but come on dont say the clan ops are live when obviously there not......

As a sign of their commitment (sarcasm), they have already extended the service for ELITE FOUNDERS one-month; It was almost like a, oops we already know this will to be a complete embarrassment;

Another example of a company (Infinity Ward) whose opinion of itself has blown-up so big due to it past success I.E. COD 4, etc... other companies are paying millions to partner-up (Beach-head).

MONEY IN THE BANK!! They are thinking, "we make millions and all we do is pull the strings on the puppets, what a great relationship!

However, I am impressed with Beachead's transparency regarding the matter (more sarcasm).

you are in la-la land. They do not inform gamers about anything; just that they are hard at work building clients; that eventually, will become frustrated as well.

You were a victim of de-ranking? Hmmm you are a victim? I highly doubt it. Victim of being caught cheating most likely.

There will always be bugs and clitches. Half of the time it seems they leave the window open for these mysterious bugs and glitches.

It will never run clean and smooth.

A little more preparation lacking? Huge understatment.

look as a gamer...like everyone else..i paid for my hardened copy..came home played for hours..but was looking forward to the clan operations.......yes im a litlle dissapointed...but when you launch something new and this big..theres gonna be bugs and glitches or whatever you wanna called it......if left like that...then theres way of hackers modding or cheating in lobbies...remember how bad mw2 got..almost every lobbie was modded...and yes i was a victim of deranking and all that stuff...they gotta make sure the game will run clean and smooth,yes a little more preparation in their part was lacking...i enrolled in a few operations and still havent gotten my exp...but like everyone said there were boosters and clans cheating...yes its taking a while,but at least the dude is taking time to inform us of whats going on..i think they will reward us for all the troubles...last thing i want is to play another game full of cheaters and hackers

Alright, i've been complient and reasonable for long enough. I'm a leader of a long time clan, we had been started with the first halo game. We have owned servers, maintained several websites and had modded and created maps of our own to impliment with the Custom Edition as well as with the regular game itself.

I have chosen to say this because as such, my clan and I know what it takes to run all this. Which gives us a pretty bleak perspective on the situation. BeachHead has made millions of dollars. Elite had been beta tested for 6 months prior to its actual release, and MW3 had broken records such as making 1 billion dollars within 16 days, breaking the previous holder Avatar by a day.

I chose also to bring this up because BeachHead had first claimed they never expected so many to sign up for its services. This excuse had immediately sent out red flags, after all they seemed to admit to their incompetance. Then their customers had to listen to excuse after excuse about the services which were guarenteed for its release back in November. It's now late Febuarary and it has long since passed being ridiculous. The service is a sham, their customer service is a joke, the premium members have been robbed and yet the company gets away with it.

Of course how could they not, the majority of their customers are 9-13 year old children who only paid for the service through their parents credit cards, and as such pose no real threat of lawsuit. Not to mention they've seemed to cover themselves through the disclaimer they posted and which we all unknowingly agreed to.
So... the point of this post is simply this, to the public who have purchased these "services"; continue to post and complain, as it helps to push BeachHead. However, please do so with proper spelling, and by actually using uppercases, paragraphs, and periods. For those old enough, perhaps the above mention signature site would actually prove productive, and also continue to pressure BeachHead, but in a productive manor not in rants.

And finally to BeachHead, how about for those who have purchased your services BEFORE your actual services have been released, how about extending membership to actually give us the year we paid for. Actually getting off you butts and getting things done, because clan ops don't take nearly as long as you claim, it's just a reskinned lone wolf ops to accommodate an entire clan. You've made millions of dollars and are supported by Activision who made over a billion dollars, how about actually throwing a few bucks into getting things done, if it comes to it, fire your incompetant workers and get people who can actually do their jobs (this is more towards Activision).
