Dev already stated any xbox gets DLC before PS3 regardless of elite status. Elite just means you get it before the other PS3's. This wont change, I would bet money Xbox throws down another contracts right before this one is up, Sony will not.

Agreed, I re-read (again) the question you asked and your question seems relatively clear.

My bad ... 1st few times I have to admit I read it biasly as I just re-read the FAQ.

Time will tell, and I hope you were answered justly... but I was confused by the question/answer the 1st time read... but I am easily confused.

The question is, "Will we get the answer before the DLC is released?"

@rlbl. if you read I did state if PS3 players will get DLC at least 2 map before non-xbox player and he answer was what I stated before. meaning PS3 will get it before non-xbox

2012 is soon.. but the contract is not over in the early months of 2012...

The 1st XBOX "exclusive" DLC was spring of 2010 with MW2 (contract was made in 2009):

If my math is correct, it will extend through most of MW3s 1st year of life as well.

Guys the contract ends in 2012, which is soon. So it's quite possible that PS3 players will get it at the same time. Benefit of Elite.

Premium 1st... yep (but there was no mention of premium vs non-premium across platforms)

You assumed that was implied, but never assume.

yup but he/she also said something like this only counts for each console, so first xbox premium then xbox and then ps3 premium then ps3. If they do it 'your' way they'll be breaking a contract I think

Ok. I see alot of back and forth on these it was confirm yesterday that premuim member will get DLC before non-premium members including xbox
