I believe that it won't as I think the Founder Card is linked to the code on the back of your booklet

Ok so this is exactly how it works. The code found on the back of the booklet Activates Call Of Duty ELITE Premium for that account. If you activated premium before the deadline you get founder status. If you missed the founder status deadline then the 20 digit code found on the card can be entered into www.callofduty.com/founder to redeem founder status. The card was ONLY given to those who have the Hardened Edition of MW3 because they promised Founder Status to those who have it.

But on youtube a guy say that you gonna get elite premium if you typ in the code and I have do it but I don`t have premium.

what I was told is that the card code is used for basically people that missed the dec 13 deadline.

That is correct if you already have founder status it is not needed
